I recently had an upper blepharoplasty performed by Dr. Paul Lanfranchi at the Lanfranchi Center in Las Vegas. Dr. Lanfranchi and his team made the entire process very easy. I had the procedure on a Thursday, and my stitches were removed the following Tuesday. I experienced only mild swelling and honestly had no pain whatsoever

I had a “deep plane” face and neck lift and chin implant. Dr. Lanfranchi only uses one brand of implants and the one he chose for my face is too wide. I thought it was swelling at first and gave it a full year before other plastic surgeons told me that the device he picked was much too wide.
