5 out of 5 stars Breast Reduction

My New Reality - from a GG to a D!!! - Edina, MN

My size had been a 36GG ("good god"!) and I elected to go down to a 36D ("dang"!) Love it!! I had thought about breast reduction for several years due to constant back/neck/shoulder pain and I finally followed through on it. My regular doctor referred me to Dr. Luong several months ago. I was comfortable with her right away at my initial consultation. She answered all of my questions and...

31 Years Old 4 Kids & (Implants Since 07). Edina, MN

I wanted them out & one was harder that the other. I had them removed a few days ago and I'm really happy about it. I'm still in pain around the incision area on one side and still taking medication, I dont like affects of the pain meds and cant wait to be pain free. I want to be smaller so I might be saving up for that and it will cost me 6,000 but I want to give my body time to heal because...

Breast Reduction for Chronic Back Pain, Neck Pain, and Headaches - Edina, MN

I have had large breasts since my early 20s. I am 45 now, and was a DDD. noticed that they were getting heavier, although not larger, as I got older. I had back surgery to fix a herniated L5/S1 disc in 2012 and that took care of my low back pain, but I still struggled with upper back and neck pain. During a visit to my neurologist, we discussed breast reduction because he said my discs in...

Overdue Breast Reduction. Edina, MN

I have suffered for years with neck, back, shoulder pain along with headaches. I had been stuffing myself into DDD bras - I'm guessing my size was an F because I've never had a bra that really fit. My primary MD had suggested this surgery years ago and I apparently wasn't ready at the time... I finally made the decision to have a consult. My husband has been very supportive but admitted he...

Relief is in Sight! - 4 weeks-New Pics Minneapolis, MN

Hi everyone! I've been lurking here for a couple weeks. What a great site! I can't tell you all how much it means to me to be able to read everyone's stories and realize that there are others out there who "get it". I got my first bra at the age of 10 and of course the teasing started then too. I was the first to develop in my class and let me say that the girls were much more cruel...

45 Years Old Ready for TT and BR - Minnesota, MN

I have stretch marks and an overlap of saggy skin hanging over my C-section scar. I am excited to go in for my TT. I am having a BR at the same time. I am a 34G and am hoping to go down to a 34C. I have been working maximum hours and trying to get the house ready so I haven't had any time for nerves yet. I'm sure I'll have a little of that right before, but maybe it's best I've been...

So Appreciative - Minnesota, MN

I was nervous and scared but Dr. Luong was very helpful and explained everything. She took her time with me. I am so glad I did it and finally feel complete and like a woman.. I am so grateful. I had not a single problem and love it and Dr Luong for giving me back what cancer took away.. Not enough thanks in the world.. Three weeks post op.. First time in swim suit.. The healing went...

Finally Did It. Tummy Tuck, Breast Reduction, and a Lil Lipo

It went well. Didn't know if I wanted to do a review, but when I was looking, I didn't see too many stories like mine. Big boobs, kangaroo pouch (from the kiddos) lol back fat and over weight but still very active. I did it. I'm recovering. It sucks. But it's not the end of the world. I was 289 after I gave birth to my daughter, got all the way down to 242. And I did it. Scar pics

32DD Going to a 32b - Minneapolis, MN

I started this journey a month ago. I had a consultation with a ps who said that I would be too small if I took out the 316 grams mandated by my insurance. He suggested writing my insurance and asking to take out 220 grams to make me a c cup. He wrote a letter to my insurance, but they declined the request. I went to see another ps on Monday to see if she would get me qualified for a surgery...
