They look fabulous, I’d be so happy with that size...the cost please? I did notice the cost on your initial profile, is that the whole procedure for $1300 plus? I’m so over carrying around these monstrous boobs, bras cutting into my shoulders, posture and back pain continuously, rashes and skin tags constantly accumulating, painful worry bras. Just over it!!! Need it Done ✅

i would go to a doctor to get a recommendation or whatever it is doctors ca it, and once you schedule an appointment with the surgeon they'll review you and send a letter to your insurance company and then the insurance company will decide how much of it they will cover

You look incredible! I am also a 32H and have absolutely horrible back pain. I want mine reduced and lifted so badly. What was your post-surgery cup size? I was a perky 32D Before children, and grew to a droopy 32H after nursing 3 babies. Your presurgery photos could be mine, and I absolutely love your post results/size!

I’m so sorry that they keep getting bigger! I don’t know how old you are but I got my reduction right before I began premenopause and five years later they have stayed the same size as they were after my surgery.

Thank you so much for being courageous enough to share this very intimate journey and to include all of your candid and honest observations. I'm sure that you will help many people who have questions about this process that aren't usually covered by surgeons and textbooks. Every one is different and it helps so much to see how real people get through this procedure and the recovery. All the best, and please keep us updated on your progress.

I had a breast reduction February 2010. By my 2 month appointment I had noticed that I was getting bigger in size. I had been last measured as a DDD before surgery. I was able to fit into c cup bras around my one month post op. I was so happy. But then, the same bra didnt even cover my nipples a month later. At my 2 month follow up, I told my surgeon my concerns and she asked if I had gained weight or started birth control. I had actually lost a little weight and had not started birth control. She simply showed me my pre op pictures and said " you are still ahead of the game." Needless to say, I never went back to her. I ended up being a D/DD depending on the brand. My friend did some research and found that some do regrow and I just wonder if I had just not completed my breast development even though I was 25. So now, 10 years later, I just head a repeat reduction. I wish I hadn't waited so long but we bought a fixer upper home and I was never able to scrape the money together to pay for it. I am very happy with my new results. My first surgeon had an awful bedside manner and told me no to the size I wanted to be. The post op nurse had even said "wow, they still look big" when she did my first check....literally hours after my surgery! I should have known I wasn't going to be happy. My new surgeon was very open to what I wanted and even asked me to bring in a picture so she could hang it above me and use it as a guide. These boobies are finally small. I know this is probably not what you wanted to hear, but this is my experience and wish I had heard from someone else that experienced it as well, if only just to make me feel like this is an unfortunate possibility.

The very same thing happened to me! I had a breast reduction when my youngest child was 10 months old and very soon after noticed that I was growing out of the bra's I had bought in a C cup. I hadn't gained any weight at this stage or started any hormonal contraception. In the seven years since I had the operation they have grown back to their original size. To say I am gutted is an understatement. I am currently saving to have a second operation to get back to a B or C cup. I am glad to hear that I am not the only one this has happened to. I am worried that my boobs have a 'set point' that they will grow back to and am terrified of it happening again.

Please allow me to express my concern for your situation. After making the difficult decision to have surgery, to live through the ordeal of having your body modified, only to return to discomfort caused by overly large breasts, I can only imagine the sense of disappointment and discouragement that you must be experiencing. I hope that the RealSelf community provides support and encouragement for you and that you ultimately get the physical and emotional relief that you deserve. Please continue to provide updates of your journey. Wishing you all the best.
