June 2020 I had a face rejuvenation with Dr. Gowda. I reviewed it on this website also, I had a necklift, lower facelift, temporal brow lift and fat transfer to face. I discussed a lip lift as an addition to these procedures but elected to wait to see if I still wanted it after the first surgery. I was overly pleased with my surgery but still wanted the lip lift. Just last week Dr. Gowda did my lip lift and I am so glad that I did it. The surgery itself is very quick and pain free. The worst part is the numbing shots but after that you really do not feel anything and Dr. Gowda would ask me during the procedure if I was ok. It was a local only so I was awake and alert. This doctor is very patient and really goes out of his way to make sure you get the result that you want, he is so good at what he does and makes sure everything is done perfectly. I want to mention also that everyone in the office is wonderful and friendly which makes things comfortable and stress free. The pain after the procedure is minimal and the results are immediate. Swelling the next day is moderate so it looks concerning but subside after a few days. I managed discomfort with tylenol. Actually I started this review 2 days ago but somehow it disappeared before I could finish it. I will be posting pictures soon, I get my stitches out tomorrow. Thank you Dr. Gowda!! Scar seems to be blending nicely. Updated on 26 Apr 2021: It has been 3 weeks, Dr. Gowda used laser along incision. The incision looked great but he strives for perfection.

I chose Dr. Gowda after researching several doctors and following a realself member who had a similar case with the same doctor for my neck lift. My neck lift was a complex case with prominent glands called submandibular glands which are common but very few doctors are experts in correcting this problem and most do not. During my research I found that many people after a neck lift are left with the horror of these prominent glands still seen under their chin that looks like two budges or I call it the blow fish look. Dr. Gowda was able to articulate his technique in order not to damage any nerves during this procedure which is the top surgeons of the worlds known method. I read a book that's available in .pdf format called Neck Rejuvenation by Richard D. Gentile, MD, MBA along with other papers. Before the procedure I had gotten to know many of the staff members Kelly who I saw for CO2 laser treatments who I also recommend she is a RN and a Teacher of how to use many lasers. Kelly and Melissa answered all of my phone calls to the office and had patience to answers all of my questions and concerns. The day of the procedure I arrived at Dr. Gowda's certified surgical center that is calming and with pleasant surroundings. His team of medical professionals were very attentive and answered all my questions. The procedure went without any problems and I went home right after to recover. The following day I went to Dr. Gowda's office and he changed my bandages and verified everything looked great! 5 days post op I had the bandages and drains removed and on the 8th day post op had most of my stiches removed by Kelly the RN. 2 week post op Dr. Gowda and Melissa said I was healing well and setup my 1 month post op appointment which is coming up! Dr. Gowda is very meticulous and brilliant rejuvenation of the neck. I am very happy with my results!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Updated on 16 Apr 2021: Dr. Gowda is amazing and very compassionate he has been there for me throughout the entire healing process along with his dedicated staff. Dr. Gowda is meticulous and very prideful of his work and immediately pointed out and had Kelly his RN and Laser specialist correct redness, and a small spider veins that can happen during this procedure at no cost to me. (4 treatments) Kelly, RN is the #1 professional in the plastic surgery field and knows how to deliver by listening and processing your desired results. Tightness is slowly resolving. I am very happy with my results they exceed what I expected. Dr. Gowda and his staff truly are the best of the best!!!!!!!!!!!

My Procedures included Neck Lift, Lower Facelift, Lateral Brow Lift, and Fat Grafting to the face (including lip area). I had every intention of keeping this a secret but felt that I wanted to express gratitude and show that Dr. Gowda has such outstanding capabilities to make a difference in peoples lives. Dr. Gowda went above and beyond to achieve my desired results and has the experience and artistic ability to deliver. I researched my neck lift procedure and knew the complexity of my case. I not only had an excess of neck skin, but also prominent glands (submandibular glands). I don't think it is uncommon, but if you pull your neck skin back and still see bulges under your jaw to the sides it represents sagging or prominent glands. If you do not select a surgeon who is experienced in addressing this issue a smooth countour is unlikely. This procedure in itself takes a lot of experience, time and skill. Most surgeons do not address this. I consulted with 2 other plastic surgeons who would not address the glands. It was by chance that an acquaintance recommended Dr. Gowda. I met with him and asked what he would recommend for neck and face rejuvenation. Dr. Gowda immediately knew my neck would be a challenge because of those glands and said with sheer confidence that he could trim and create space for a beautiful tight neck. Also, he suggested the lower facelift, lateral brow lift and fat grafting for a complete facial balance and to restore a youthful rested appearance. DAY OF SURGERY- Rock star experience - I arrived to Dr Gowda's surgical facility and was taken care of by a vast team of professional and caring individuals. Dr. Gowda spends as much time as needed for your procedure and really has high goals set to achieve above the desired result. My surgery was uneventful and the next thing I remember I was with Kim the aftercare provided. Kim stayed with me 1 night and was absolutely wonderful. I think she exclusively works for them. Kim made sure that I was comfortable and received proper after care she was a caring demeanor with positive energy. The next morning Dr. Godwa came to see me and changed my dressing. As I write this I am early (1week) into my recovery but will continue to update with pictures. So far I am beyond thrilled with the results. I still have quite a bit of facial swelling and I need to be patient for that to resolve. I’m very happy so far as well. Updated on 20 Jun 2020: Wanted to update. Still very swollen In lower jaw area. Smile is coming back a little, just really stiff and hard to make lower face expressions being so swollen. Very happy with progress so far. Some residual numbness around sides of face and neck area. Smile still a bit off center. I really really love the neck, my neck never looked this good. Updated on 30 Jan 2021: Just wanted to check in and give an update. I am really enjoying my new look, everything has settled in and I am very happy. I am especially happy with my neck contours. It has been 10 months since my surgery and just last week I had Dr Gowda perform a lip lift as a finishing touch. I discussed this during the original surgery but decided to do it later to see if I really needed it. So glad I did it, it really helped balance my face. I m writing a separate review on that also. It has been 6 days and so far it looks great. Dr. Gowda did. Wonderful job, he is a very talented and patient surgeon and I am lucky to have found him. Updated on 15 Apr 2021: Updated on 9 Feb 2022: Just wanted to say that I am still very happy with my facelift and lip lift. The lip lift is about 10 months and the scar is great I posted a picture of under nose so you can see how hidden it is. Dr. Gowda used a laser over several visits to ensure my scar would be well blended and undetectable.

I had a lower eye lift, lower facelift, CO2 laser and lip lift. these were three separate procedures but each one he was extremely professional, took his time and was an absolute perfectionist. I am so happy with my results. They are all very natural looking and have given me such a nice positive feeling. I cannot thank him enough.

Had a halo facial treatment with Kelly. It’s only been two weeks and I can see a major difference in my skin. Large pores minimized, smooth skin and looks more youthful already. I hear results look even better month or so later. Highly recommend Kelly with all the procedures. Very satisfied.

Kelly is a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse. She walked me through the entire CO2 laser treatment always informing me of what was going to happen and checking in with me as she completed the procedure. She also provided what to expect following the procedure and was spot on. I give her the highest recommendation possible!

Dr. Gowda's nurse, Kelly did a CO2 laser procedure on my face. She is a very professional, caring, soft spoken individual. She put me at ease and I was never uncomfortable during the treatment. I would highly recommend Kelly if you are planning to have any facial treatments.

HI! I just wanted to let you know that the appointment with Laura is wonderful. I have been working on my face for 8 months. I had Rorschach and it has been a very slow process because of my skin. I have had wonderful results and Laura is so patient with me. She has become a friend and look forward to my monthly visits with her. I can not believe the change in my skin. Dr. Gowda did my breast lift/implants with AMAZING results. I was recommended Dr. Gowda from my local botox injector for a neck lift. Hes very well known for a reason. His staff is very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. They make you feel extremely comfortable from the beginning. My neck has improved 100%. I feel so much better looking in the mirror now. I would shy away from photos being taken of myself as well. I highly recommend Dr. Gowda.
