Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty with Fat Transfer
WORTH IT
I cannot recommend Dr. Gowda highly enough! Once again, he exceeded all of my expectations.
For years, I had been getting filler under my eyes, but Dr. Gowda explained that because of my age and the fat under my eyes, filler was no longer going to give me the results I wanted. He took the time to explain why a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transfer would be a better option for me, and I am so glad I trusted his recommendation.
In July 2025, I chose Dr. Gowda for a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transfer, CO2 laser treatment to my lower eyelids, and fat grafting to my tear troughs, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lateral “C” areas, and cheeks. His surgical center in Novi, connected to Ascension Providence Hospital, is a certified center, which also gave me added confidence.
The results truly speak for themselves. I had no issues with my surgery or recovery. The CO2 laser treatment around my eyes did take longer to heal completely—approximately three months—but Dr. Gowda went above and beyond by performing a BBL treatment in October 2025 at his own expense to help speed my recovery.
He also offered great specials at the time, including $200 off Botox and a free mini facial. For Surgery customers only which helped greatly and was much appreciated!!!!
I highly recommend Dr. Gowda for his credentials, expertise, honesty, exceptional results, and genuine commitment to his patients. He listened to my concerns, gave me realistic recommendations, and helped me choose the treatment that was truly best for me rather than continuing with a solution that was no longer giving me the results I wanted. I am extremely happy with my results!
