So far so good!! Beyond happy with the team of girls that helped me accomplish this. My 1 week post op is tomorrow and will update after I get a better look at my results! I'm super sore but could cryyyy of happiness, I've wanted this since I was 15 and it seems like Dr. Awada gave me everything that me and my little girl self had been dreaming of!! Updated on 17 Mar 2022: You guys… I could absolutely not be any happier. From the care I’ve received to the results, I would do this over 100/100 times and go no where else but to Dr. Awada! I’m a perfectionist and was really concerned that no matter who I saw I wouldn’t get what I was envisioning. I’m a little over 2 months post op now and the red bikini picture was taken today! (I have a pad over my right breast because I fell on the ice and had a small tear— which Dr. Awada immediately stitched up for me before she even had to just to be cautious,) and I can’t even explain how at ease I feel stepping into the office being greeted by their loving team of staff members knowing I will be receiving top tier care and attention to detail from Dr. Awada every time. Dr. and staff have been fully involved from the very beginning and regularly check up on me just to make sure I’m doing okay! I literally have the urge to plan another surgery just so I can keep seeing everyone again! I feel totally at home and surrounded by a kickass support system of girls who want to see me be the happiest and healthiest I can be! Thank you Dr. Awada and team for completely surpassing my dreams and expectations I’ve had for a breast augmentation since I was 15 I’m ready for the BBL! Dr Awada gave me the looks that I have wanted for almost 15 years. I had a breast aug. with areola reduction and liposuction on both of the sides right where the armpits start. I had my first pre op appointment with Maria, she is amazing, helped me feel comfortable and confident. I had very uneven breast left was about a C cup and right closer to an A . Dr Awada chose the perfect size implants to make me look symmetrical. All my incisions are healing well, I am 18 days post op and feeling great. I had two post-op appointments since. If anyone wondering I am 5’10 and 180lbs, I have a bigger chest area which could accommodate larger size implants without looking too big. Currently I have 495 on the left side and 680 on right. I know the numbers are so far apart but the results are everything I asked for. Dr Awada has an eye for symmetry 100% Updated on 4 Feb 2022: I thought i would upload another picture 24 days post op just so you can see that everything is healing well and my implants are settling quite nicely. Feeling great, no pain and the pressure went away and my skin is stretching .

I have always had asymmetric breasts and the smaller one had a tuberous shape. My areolas were too large and as I am beginning to age, I have become even more self conscious as they have started to sag and feel different. Before moving forward with fixing the issues, I wanted to find the right surgeon. I had consultations with four doctors, and ultimately decided to go with Dr. Awada. Her before and after photos looked the most like the natural-looking results that I wanted, her staff was knowledgeable, and they were willing to work with my schedule. I initially inquired about a fat transfer, but after listening to the assessment of my breasts and hearing input, I decided to go with a lift and implants with lipo of the bra fat and areola reduction. I trusted their expertise, and even though I am still early in the recovery process, I am glad that I did. While I am only two-weeks post-op, I am already so happy with the results. It is surprising how having two boobs that are the same size brings a new sense of confidence. The incisions are still healing, but knowing that scar treatments are included as part of my follow-up care brings a sense of peace. Finally, I should mention that I was very anxious before surgery. I am a healthy person who has never had major surgery (except for an emergency c-section), and I am curious by nature, so I had a lot of questions. Choosing to permanently alter my healthy body made me nervous, but Dr. Awada and her team, especially Audrey, helped put my mind at ease. I will update once I have finished recovering. Updated on 16 Jan 2022: I am still in the recovery stage and ran into a minor complication that is not the fault of anyone. Dr. Awada has been attentive and has prioritized my care to get my recovery back on track. She walked me through what to do now and what the next steps might be, and while I am feeling a little down about the setback, I also feel confident that I chose the right doctor. She genuinely cares about my recovery and has helped put my mind at ease while taking steps to help me heal physically. I am grateful to have an experienced plastic surgeon who is passionate about her work. I also look forward to sharing before and after photos once I have healed. Updated on 25 Jan 2022: Today was an exciting day because my stitches came out, and I was fitted into a regular bra. The care that I have received over the past few weeks has been wonderful. This has been a physical and emotional journey and I am grateful for the level of care that I have received to heal physically and also the nuances that have made me feel better as I recover. As an example, when Dr. Awada was giving me stitches last week, she asked the nurse to hold my hand. This was such a small but comforting gesture that made a big difference in how I felt in that moment. When I told my husband about the experience, he was grateful that I had such a caring doctor and said that we need more of that in all aspects of healthcare.

I feel like Dr Awada really cares about her patients. She is very personable. I have gotten fillers from Dr Awada for a year. She doesn't overdo the fillers, knows exactly where to place them and has definitely postponed my getting a facelift because she is able to do a "lift" with fillers. Anyone over 50 debating on a facelift, try Dr Awadas "Filler lift" first...I can't imagine going to anyone else!

I had surgery in 2009 after 4 children (twins included). After losing all of the weight my breasts were saggy and my stomach looked like curtains. It was ugly and uncomfortable. After several consultations I found Dr. Awada and felt confident right away that she was the doctor for me. She gave me a life changing tummy tuck, breast augmentation and lipo of my outer thighs/saddlebags. I had never looked better or felt sexier in my life! I felt my breasts were too big for my frame but they were very pretty and natural looking. Fast forward 10 years, In my 40’s, I had another baby and my tummy was a bit of a mess again due to C-section. I’d considered a mini tuck and decided to go for it when I ended up with an encapsulated breast Implant that needed attention sinai figured I’d do it all at once again. So 12 years later there was no question, I went right back to Dr. Awada! I asked her about explant and going back to natural. I was worried I’d be left with two deflated looking balloons on my chest but I desired a smaller more active looking profile and didn’t want to worry about implants again. She told me I had plenty of breast tissue to accomplish my desired look! I went from a 36DDD to a 36C/D (final results take a year)! She did a lollipop lift and removed excess side boob, lipo on my waist and flanks and performed a pubic lift and hernia repair! (babies are so unkind to our bodies!) She removed my implants with care and precision. She found one of my implants was actually ruptured so it was good that I didn’t waste time when I felt the encapsulation occurring. My breasts are now pretty and perky and full with great cleavage and best of all NATURAL!!! Its better than I expected and I am amazed by her talent! I am only a few weeks post op but very happy with my slimmer more natural profile and I know it will only continue to improve as the year goes on! Dr. Awada is a perfectionist and truly very talented. She goes above and beyond expectation every time! She is honest and kind and she really wants you to look and feel your best! Thank you Dr. Awada, you have given me my confidence and beauty back TWICE now! I am so grateful to get to feel like this after having so many children. Updated on 20 Jul 2021: It’s been 4 months since my breast implant removal and reconstruction with lollipop lift tummy tuck revision with lipo and pubic lift. The results just keep getting better especially now that I can workout again. The tummy tuck scar can easily be hidden under my panty line and bikini bottom. I had my first laser treatment on the scars today. I will update you on that in 4 months! Sometimes I miss my bigger boobs but i’m really enjoying my slimmer, healthier and younger looking profile.

Before seeing Dr. Awada I had a consultation with another doctor and it went horribly. He rushed through it and ended up telling me I could only get a very small implant, due to lack of breast tissue . My experience with Dr. Awada was completely different! She knew exactly what she was talking about and took a lot of time explaining the differences between my breasts and what we needed to do to get the results I wanted. She could tell that my breastmilk had come in differently and that my son had a favorite side. My fiancé and I were very very impressed with how detailed and nitpicky she was. Before our consultation my fiancé was still nervous about the procedure, after we left he said he wished he was a woman so he could have her do his breasts. The procedure itself went very smoothly everybody is very nice and made sure I was comfortable. I have had plenty of postop appointments and Dr. Awada is always very nice and makes sure she answers all my questions and concerns. I am three months postop and unfortunately my areolas stretched way more than we expected. But Dr. Awada said she will take care of it and fix it once they are done healing. It’s not her fault they stretched but yet she is still willing to fix them and make them better. Then as an added bonus, today when I went in for my postop appointment she gave me a facial for my birthday that’s coming up. I will always recommend Dr. Awada and will definitely be back if I decide to have any other procedures. She knows what she is doing, is so nice herself, has an amazing staff, and I’m so happy I found her!

I had a breast lift along with gummy implants put in, and let me tell you that it has been the best decision I’ve ever made. I am grateful, thankful, and blessed to have chosen Dr. Mariam Awada to perform these surgeries. I made sure to do my homework and research on surgical procedures, their outcomes, and the artistic abilities that vary from doctor to doctor. I was blown away during my initial consultation with Dr. Mariam Awada, as she was a perfectionist just like myself and explained how my breasts would look from all views even with minor imperfections my body had from the left to the right side. I am now 4 weeks post-op, and I have been treated with nothing but care from Dr. Mariam Awada and her staff. I am also getting free laser for my scar removal! (As I had a lollipop incision) If you have been thinking for some time about choosing the right doctor for you, look no further. I highly recommend it!!

One week post op: had lipo from flanks, lower abdomen, and bra fat area. I was very nervous to add a crescent lift to the mix because I didn't see many good reviews from surgeons about them on here, but my Dr was very confident that I would like the results. The recovery from the lipo has been pretty brutal. I've had a drain in for a week now and am hoping I can get it removed next week. So far I am extremely pleased with the way my breasts look! Nipples turned out perfect and am hoping to retain the size. My lipo areas look good so far but are still pretty swollen to really tell. I love Mariam Awada so much! She's such an amazing, caring, bad ass boss! And her staff is just as great! I couldn't have asked for anyone more prefect!

Wow! Let me start off by saying this woman and her staff are AMAZING! Thanks to Google, I found this amazing woman (Dr.Awada) and boy am I so happy that i did! From day 1, everyone one her team has been very informative about my procedures and I'm thankful for that! I would recommend her and her team 10000x, they make you feel like family here! Maria the patient coordinator is literally the most caring patient coordinator I have ever spoke to , especially in this journey I've been on in finding the right doctor. Kelly the MA was amazing, she was also there with every step of the way into the surgery and has answered every question I have ever had! Mary the anesthesiologist was also very caring and very gentle! I love this great group of women and I will only use Michigan Cosmetic Surgery if I decide to ever need any thing else in the future! Updated on 23 Jul 2020: * the implant make and sizes are listed below that Dr. Awada and I decided on together * Going into this journey i was so nervous about picking the right doctor to satisy my wants. I "Doctor Shopped" for quite some time, reviewing every doctor's work and background. Making an alteration to your body is a big deal, so picking the right doctor should be too! I live in michigan and I even considered traveling to Florida for my procedure because of their lower prices but the amount I wouldve paid for flight and travel expenses, would've equaled out to paying for my procedure here at home and being able to go home right after which seemed a little more convenient for me. Thankfully I found Dr. Mariam Awada who is located 45 minutes from me. I was choosing between her and another doctor but her work was phenomenal. I had also read a few bad reviews about her bedside manner and post op care but I still decided to go with her because there were no hit or miss with her so I knew for sure that she had to be the one to do my breast augmentation. When I called her office for the very first time, the receptionist was so kind and reassuring. She also let me know that at the time, there was a special going on and that this time of the year (summer) is their busiest season but I expressed to her that my birthday was 1 month away and also my school clinicals and I wanted to get my BA done before that so that I would be slightly healed by then and she took in consideration of what I had going on and said that she could get me in for a consult right away. 2 weeks before my actual consultation I started paying on my surgery! I knew for sure that this woman is who I wanted to get my BA done by so why not pay it off!! When I first met Dr. Awada & my patient care coordinator Maria, I was in awe because of how comfortable they made me feel. I literally felt like we were good friends who had known each other for quite some time! Lol . They both listened to every thing I had to say, my wants and what I didn't want! We came up with a plan and scheduled a date! 13 days later, I was going into surgery, so nervous but my nerves got better once dr. Awada came in to do my markings and talked to me. I had a slight issue (medically) and dr. Awada and her staff (anesthesiologist and her MA) worked around it and made me feel comfortable about everything! Next thing I know, I'm waking up from surgery and I was in recovery. I looked down and of course I couldn't tell for sure yet of the size but I knew that she had gave me exactly what I asked for! I went into surgery at 8 am and was leaving at 945 am. I got home and I felt great. The next few days, my recovery has been beautiful and I have not had any issues, thank god! My post op appt was 6 days later and I got fitted for a bra in which Dr Awada gave me, my bandages were removed and she discussed with me everything I needed to know and also answered all 500 questions that I had for her. She was amazing and so was her medical assistant Kelly. I thought that after my post op I would be done and that would be the end of my journey with Michigan Cosmetic Surgery but she informed that for the next year, I will have appointments with her and she will keep an eye on my "girls". I truly felt relieved when she told me that because with this being my first time, I want to make sure that they are developing right! But I feel like my left is not as big as my right and it truly bothers me! I am hoping and praying that it eventually evens out because I paid to have perfect boobies! Also it scares me that my left is moderate profile plus and my right is full profile so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it but it surely makes me nervous. I will keep updating yall !

6 days post op of breast implants, liposuction contour of stomach and flanks, C-section repair/tummy tuck. Everyone in the office is very nice friendly and warm. The doctor is very nice and took her time to explain things to me and listened to my concerns. Surgery went good as far as I know. I haven't had my follow-up yet that will be tomorrow. I 4 stars because I haven't had my follow-up yet and I'm waiting to see how that goes. I will adjust that after my appointment.
