A customized mommy makeover can restore your body after nursing and childbirth. There are a lot of physical changes that happen to your body after you become a mom. At my Detroit practice, I typically focus on the abdomen and breasts, which undergo the most dramatic changes. This may include a breast augmentation, breast lift, or breast reduction, with the goal of creating full, perky, and youthful-looking breasts.
The abdomen is another area women tend to be insecure about post-pregnancy. I can give you a tighter, flatter abdomen, with an improved belly button. I achieve this through procedures like liposuction, tummy tucks, CoolSculpting, and abdomen mini skin removal.
Many women opt to have additional procedures done at this time, too. I can contour your hips and back, perform nonsurgical stretch mark removal, and treat bladder leakage. I will work with you to create a whole new look you can be proud of.

Breast Surgery

We offer several options for breast reshaping and contouring at my Detroit practice, including breast augmentation with silicone, saline, and natural fat transfers. To achieve a fuller and more shapely look, most of my patients opt for silicone gel implants, which mimic the natural feel of breast tissue. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your aesthetic goals, and I’ll help you determine the best size and shape of breasts implants for you. If you’re interested in a completely natural approach with a modest size increase (typically one cup size), a fat transfer breast augmentation is also an excellent option. During this procedure, I harvest excess fat from another area (like the abdomen or flanks) and transfer it to your breasts, to create more fullness. I look forward to discussing the pros and cons of all your options and arriving at a solution that will give you the results you desire.

She doesn't overdo the fillers, knows exactly where to place them and has definitely postponed my getting a facelift because she is able to do a "lift" with fillers. Before seeing Dr. Awada I had a consultation with another doctor and it went horribly. He rushed through it and ended up telling me I could only get a very small implant, due to lack of breast tissue . My experience with Dr. Awada was completely different! She knew exactly what she was talking about and took a lot of time explaining the differences between my breasts and what we needed to do to get the results I wanted. 6 days post op of breast implants, liposuction contour of stomach and flanks, C-section repair/tummy tuck. Everyone in the office is very nice friendly and warm. The doctor is very nice and took her time to explain things to me and listened to my concerns. Surgery went good as far as I know. I haven't had my follow-up yet that will be tomorrow. I 4 stars because I haven't had my follow-up yet and I'm waiting to see how that goes. I will adjust that after my appointment.
