John Renucci, MD, FACS

I highly recommend Dr. Renucci. I first heard of Dr. Renucci through a friend who knew of two others who had a great experience at his office. After scheduling a consultation and meeting him for the first time, I was very impressed with his knowledge. I had a breast augmentation / mastopexy and abdominoplasty and the results far exceeded my expectation! Dr. Renucci has a strong academic background and great bedside manner, and such a talented team working with him. His entire staff was so professional and helpful from the first consultation, through the procedure and during my follow-up appointments. They spent extra time with me to talk through my concerns and ensure I had all my questions answered during my visits. I also really appreciate their prompt response to my phone calls and follow-up questions. They made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. It has been a truly amazing experience and the results are incredible! I never thought I could look better now than I did before I had kids. THANK YOU!!

I could not have asked for a better experience with Dr. Renucci and his staff. My results are far beyond expectations. He listened to me, and earned my trust. I'm a year post op now, and my scars are practically non existent, and I love how he did my belly button. In my 4 week post op photo, you can see how thin and neat my incisions are, and the scar around my waist is perfectly positioned to be easily hidden in any style of underwear or bathing suit I choose to wear. My breast lift left my breasts far more perky than I ever could have dreamed of.

Hands down I would highly recommend Dr. John Renucci with Plastic surgery associates.
I personally had a hernia repaired, dystaci recti repaired, abdominal Plasty, and liposuction done in September I would highly recommend this procedure to be done for anyone that has had children that needs there self confidence boosted. The staff here at PSA are all absolutely amazing and truly care about there patients.

Dr. Renucci & all of his staff are very welcoming and willing to answer all questions you have. He’s very detailed and understanding- takes his time at telling you all about your procedure and what to expect.
The night of surgery he calls himself to check on you and the following day his nurse calls to check in. They are easy to get ahold of. Highly recommend him!

I am a 47 year old mom of 3. With just diet and exercise, I never would have gotten rid of the excess skin on my midsection. That's where Dr. Renucci came in. I knew after my consultation that he was he perfect doctor to do my procedure. He is very knowledgeable and has an amazing bedside manner. Answered all of my questions and took his time showing my husband what he would do. I had a Mastopexy with implants and a circumferential body lift.

I am currently 12 days po and I feel pretty good. Stitches are healing and the drains are gone. Honestly, the drains are the worst part of the surgery. With lipo coming in a close second.



My advice for anyone looking to get this procedure done is..

1. Listen to your doctor!!

2. Walk around every couple hours

3. Stay hydrated

4. Stay on top of the pain.

5. Take it easy and let your body heal.



Is this surgery painful? I'm not going to lie. Yes, it hurts. Your skin is tight and you feel like you'll rip in half. But, ladies (and a few men) you won't regret it. The pain is temporary. You'll feel better about your body and proud to show it off.

13 days po.. First 2 mile walk today. One incision is looking pretty gnarly but the antibiotics are helping. Soreness is down and swelling is down as well. Breasts are starting to ache a bit, like when your menstrual is coming. Nothing too bad. Taking Motrin for pain and that helps a lot. Arnica gel works wonders. I've been putting it on my bruises and they are almost gone. I'll try to update photos and my journey weekly:)

Here are a few before and after pictures. I can also add that Arnica works! Definitely eat and stay hydrated. I had mini protein shakes and snacks. Colace is highly recommended. Norco will cause constipation and you really don't want to strain your abs. You don't realize how often you use your ab muscles!

I am 3 months post-op and saw Dr. Renucci for updated pictures and had the scars lasered. Let me say, I am still amazed at what Dr. Renucci can do! Not only did he go above and beyond my expectations, he renewed my confidence. I no longer look in the mirror and hate what I see looking back. I cannot praise him enough. His entire staff at PSA in Grand Rapids is amazing and so supportive.

Dr Renucci came highly recommended by doctors and friends. I went to 4 different ps consultations before deciding on a surgeon. Dr. Renucci was by far, the kindest, most patient and knowledgeable of the 4. He is very personable and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciated his patience while answering all my questions, I had a lot!
I am now 4 months out from a tummy tuck/muscle repair. I could not be happier with his work. My core is put back together, functional and looks great. He did a low, thin laser cut. The incision is covered by my bikini underwear and is healing really nicely. Thankful for him and his amazing team.

I cannot recommend Dr. Renucci and the staff at PSA enough. I have had a great experience from rhinoplasty consultation to surgery. Dr. Renucci listened to my concerns and delivered results above my expectations. Special shout outs to clinic staff Dionel and Julie. I highly recommend this practice!

I cannot more highly recommend Dr Renucci and his team. His ability to explain my surgery through anatomy and diagrams prior to surgery made me confident in my decision after researching many doctors. His nursing and administrative staff made the process smooth and i felt informed the whole way through. Most importantly my results are even better than my expectations were going in! Dr Renucci was able to adjust my surgery to fit my personal features to create a natural beauty i have always wanted. Dr. Renucci took his time answering all of my questions, concerns, and set my expectations. I knew I had the right doctor at the consult. The office staff, nursing staff, and anesthesiologist are all fantastic! They made me feel very comfortable. My surgery and post op went very smoothly, better than I expected. I received a personal call from the doctor and office on two occasions to check on me. Recovery wise I felt like I could have gone back to work at day 3. I am very happy with my result and experience. I would recommend this office and Dr. Renucci.
