I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Aitken. I chose her because I had four friends who went to her and were very happy with their results. I saw Dr. Aitken twice for consultations. She patiently answered my questions, addressed my concerns, and never made me feel rushed. The day of my surgery went flawlessly. The staff are all kind and efficient. Dr. Aitken has a confidence and calmness about her that really put me at ease. I had a maxtopexy with implants. After years of having saggy breasts that rested on my rib cage, I awoke from surgery with breast that no longer laid on the skin beneath them. The results were better than I even imagined. The recovery was uneventful. I was concerned during my consultations about being too big but Dr. Aitken listened to me and I am exactly the size I was hoping for. Dr. Aitken is not only an amazing surgeon but also an artist!

Dr. Aitken listened to what I wanted and made it happen. She described all the details of what my final outcome would look like and what to expect for recovery. I was slightly nervous going into the procedure because I saw other breast lift before and after photos from other plastic surgeons in the US and didn't like how their procedures looked. I really wanted to just do a breast lift without implants, have them high and perky, yet natural looking. I cried tears of joy the first time I saw myself post-surgery, and the outcome just gets better and better as they continue healing. My before and after photos are exactly what I was hoping for. Dr. Aitken did a beautiful job and her team was fabulous. They answered every question and concern I sent their way via a secure text line. My only wish is that I wouldn't have hesitated for years and I would have had this done years ago. I feel like a new woman! THANK YOU!

Dr. Aitken made this experience so easy from start to finish. I was a little unsure on size and she has an amazing read on her patients and what they want. She made some of her own judgement calls during the surgery based on our conversations during consults. The results were perfect which shows how much she truly listens to her patients.
