Hi! The color of the tattoo is very dark and dense. It can be removed. Pico is the best laser. It is going to take about 10 treatments roughly, possibly more because of the denseness spaced about 10 weeks apart. The longer you wait in between the better. Just need to be patient!

Hi! One laser safe for your skin type would be the Pico laser. I would schedule a consult with a reputable spa or clinic in your area. This laser works through your lymphatic system so it takes a long time to see results. The melanin is broken down slowly and flushed out of your system. You need to patient with the process and may take several visits. It is not painful and no downtime. Just follow the post care instructions from your provider.

Hello, what I would recommend to treat this type of concern post Morpheus8 would be more of a physical exfoliation such as a Diamond Glow facial to help resurface and remove excess dead skin. I know you are using a chemical exfoliation (tretinoin), however, you need to incorporate something to physicallu remove that top layer. Another recommendation would be our NeoGen Plasma laser that can further resurface without puncturing the skin. This helps rebuild collagen and elastin from the inside out. There may be some peeling included in this laser treatment but that is the point, to help resurface. This can also help with skin tone/ pigmentation and more textural issues as well. If you are looking for something in between a facial and a ablative treatment, chemical peels could be another way to go as well. I would not recommend a blepharoplasty but Morpheus8 could be a great option for tightening around they eye area. This uses collagen induction therapy as well as heat using radiofrequency to help tighten and contour the eye area. I am very pleased with the end result

I had a great experience with Dr Flashner during my first consult and injection session. It was my first time getting dermal fillers and neurotoxin injection, and so I was initially a bit apprehensive going in but Dr Flashner patiently took the time to address and alleviate all of my concerns before starting the injections. As an Asian, I appreciated that he understood the difference between Caucasian and Asian aesthetics, and adjusted his injection approach accordingly. He was also very honest about what he thought I needed and did not need, and at no point did he try to upsell other services - in fact, he did the opposite when I asked for trap botox, and repeatedly tried to assure me that I did not need it. I am very pleased with the end result and will continue to go to him in the future.
