After researching doctors in my area, I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Loffredo. He and his staff are amazing. So professional, kind and helpful. I am 7 weeks postop and I am thrilled with the results- very little pain, minimal scarring.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful my entire experience was from start to finish at Cape & Islands Plastic Surgery. My breast reduction consultation with Dr. Loffredo focused entirely on my goals. He clearly explained the options available to achieve the results I wanted. What I appreciated most about him was his authenticity — he’s direct, honest, and doesn’t sugarcoat anything. He was upfront about what might or might not be covered by insurance, and I really respected that transparency. Everything about the process was clearly documented, from medication descriptions to recovery expectations. Dr. Loffredo and his team walked me through every detail — where to park on the day of surgery, what level of discomfort to expect, how much downtime I’d need, and when I could return to normal activities. The best surprise was receiving a personal call from Dr. Loffredo the day after my surgery to check in and make sure I was doing well. That personal touch meant so much. Now, six months post–breast reduction, I couldn’t be happier with the results! My only regret is not doing it sooner. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Loffredo and the entire Cape & Islands Plastic Surgery team.

Dr Loffredo and his work is truly amazing! I had my reconstruction surgery done following my masectomy last year. This year I went back to have the breast that did not have the masectomy “lifted” . Dr lofredo is amazingly, he did a BBL, lipo and mini tummy tuck. He was patient and truthful with results I could get. I wanted a decent size booty and wasn't sure he was going to be able to put more than 500cc in each butt. Woke up from surgery to 850cc in each and he was so happy he was able to give me what I wanted. Iv seen him multiple times after for follow ups to see how I'm doing with no additional cost. There was no last minute surprise costs for the surgery. Again is so nice, talented and just all around great person and surgeon.

Dr. Loffredo was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! The actual job he did on my breast reduction and lift was awesome. But even more, he made me feel so at ease and comfortable every step of the way. He is great and so is all his staff!!!
