I can’t say enough about how wonderful my entire experience was from start to finish at Cape & Islands Plastic Surgery.
From the very beginning, I was impressed that I could always reach a real person by phone — no endless automated menus. The front desk staff were outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and down-to-earth — not rushed or pretentious like many other medical offices. That alone was a huge reason I chose them!
Beyond their warmth, the office ran like a well-oiled machine. Check-in and check-out were always quick and efficient, yet never impersonal. The team provided top-notch customer service while maintaining a personal touch. Honestly, every medical office should be run like this!
My breast reduction consultation with Dr. Loffredo focused entirely on my goals. He clearly explained the options available to achieve the results I wanted. What I appreciated most about him was his authenticity — he’s direct, honest, and doesn’t sugarcoat anything. He was upfront about what might or might not be covered by insurance, and I really respected that transparency.
Everything about the process was clearly documented, from medication descriptions to recovery expectations. Dr. Loffredo and his team walked me through every detail — where to park on the day of surgery, what level of discomfort to expect, how much downtime I’d need, and when I could return to normal activities.
The best surprise was receiving a personal call from Dr. Loffredo the day after my surgery to check in and make sure I was doing well. That personal touch meant so much.
Now, six months post–breast reduction, I couldn’t be happier with the results! My only regret is not doing it sooner.
