Cape and Islands Plastic Surgery - Hyannis

I am a 47 year old Mom who breastfed and missed having my breasts where they used to be. I wanted a "high & tight" lift with no implants. Dr. Jones listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me perfection! I always had C cups but size was no longer important to me. However I have about a B cup now with smaller nipples and could not be happier. My clothing fits better, my confidence is improved & my neck pain has diminished completely! I recommend Dr. Jones and the staff of CIPS wholeheartedly. They are magical! These pictures are from before and 3 months post surgery.

I met with Kelly for initial consultation after several years of contemplating dermal fillers and Botox for my face. She was fantastic- very knowledgeable and confident. One week later I went forward with the procedure…. And it has been a game changer for me! I could not be happier with the results! Kelly was amazing!

I have done so much work on my insides in the past 5 years yet my outside don't match how I feel every time I look in the mirror I would cry I saved every penny and called Cape and island's plastic surgery Jenny answered the phone And heard my story and the tears in my voice and got me to see doctor Michael in Plymouth that same day When I got there doctor Michael Is amazing he needs T shirts that says doctor Mike is amazing He did my lips and cheeks and I got free botox because it was a special I'm 57 and this morning I woke up looking thirsty and feeling pretty inside and out I looked in the mirror today and but today and It's cried so hard weeping Because looking back was me My insides match my outside for the 1st time in 30 years I owe Cape and island's plastic surgery Doctor Mike in the Plymouth office I forget his last name and I feel horrible I know hes from Jersey hes good looking kind funny gentle abryant genius What he did to my face is pure magic I'm stunned I cannot say enough thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart thank you I just hope I can keep affording to keep like this

On June 14th I went to Cape & islands plastic surgery for my neck lipo consult. I had an amazing experience with Dr Jones and decided that it's something I was 100% ready to do! I booked my procedure for September 1st and I have my pre op apt August 22nd! I'm so happy that I finally decided to go through with this and book my surgery! I can't wait!

I finally decided to get neck liposuction after getting both kybella and coolsculpting twice and seeing no results. Today is the day after surgery and I can't take my head wrap off until 3 days from now which is when I have my post op apt. I'm so excited to see results ! I've already peeked a little bit and am amazed by what I see so far!

Right after lipo I had a head wrap on my head for 5 days straight. I returned to to my surgeon on a Tuesday and he gave me another garnet wrap and told me to wear this as much as possible for the next week but I can shower and take it off for breaks, but truly to keep it on as much as possible until I see him again. I'm not in much pain anymore, the only pain I really still kind of have is my throat from the tube, and my neck/jawline is bruised swollen and sore. Here's some pics so far

I had a wonderful experience at Cape and Islands Plastic Surgery. I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Seth Jones and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made! From consultation, to surgery, to post operation appointments I was always made to feel like I was in very good hands- and I sure was! I am beyond happy with my results and I would recommend him to all of my closest friends and loved ones.

Three years after having gastric bypass I was left with a signicant amount of excess skin and fat. Having lost 80 pounds, the last thing I wanted was to be held back by this excess skin. I had the pleasure of working with Cape Cod Plastic Surgery. They fought to get my procedure covered by insurance and when it was not I felt that I was given a fair and honest price for the amount of work that I was about to have done. The office staff in both the Plymouth and Hyannis offices were incredibly friendly and helpful. Naturally I had many questions which were answered in entirety either in person or via email. But what really stood out to me was my surgeon Dr. Loffredo. He was unlike any surgeon I had met before. He was informative, kind and someone that I felt I could trust. Throughout the course of appointments, I felt I could talk to him the way I could a friend. Come time for surgery I was fully prepared and had complete trust in Dr. Loffredo that everything would go smoothly. Now being 6 weeks post-op I've had several follow up appointments with Dr. Loffredo. I felt that throughout the healing process, Dr. Loffredo and the Staff at both offices made themselves completely available to me for any questions or concerns I may have had. One of the things I appreciate is that Dr. Loffredo took the time out of his busy schedule to personally call me to answer my questions. But the thing that I appreciate the most is the confidence that I now have from the amazing work that was done. I was always self conscious about my abdomen and breasts and even before gastric bypass, but after my opinion on my self image was still low. Today that is most definitely not the case, most days I walk past a mirror and cannot believe its me. The surgery took off 11 pounds of excess skin and fat and I am looking and feeling amazing. I couldn't be happier with my results, and I owe everything to my amazing surgeon Dr. Loffredo and the incredible staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
