2 out of 5 stars Breast Reconstruction

Not very happy

I am not satisfied with the results from my single breast reconstruction, left and breast lift, right. I wanted to wait and do lift on right later...after I lived with the reconstruction for awhile. He tried to talk me out of it in prior office appt. then finally succeeded in the pre-op room. He wanted them to "match". I gave in and regret it. I wish he would have listened to my wishes...

breast aug — great results, great experience

Dr. Brown and his staff are fantastic. I had consultations for breast augmentation with a few other surgeons in the DC area, and Dr. Brown was by far my favorite. He was professional, informative and was just an all around really kind person. He and his staff were patient in answering all of my questions (thanks so much, Lori and Lexie!) and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire...

My clothes fit better than before

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in May of 2015 and chose to have a double mastectomy with breast reconstruction. My breast surgeon referred me to Dr. Brown of Bruno Brown Plastic Surgery in Chevy Chase, and after my first meeting with Dr Coleman Brown, I knew I didn't need to look any further! His staff greeted me with smiles and made me feel very comfortable. My Oncologist and other...

40 Year Old Mom, 2 Csections and a Tummy I Couldn't Live with - Annandale, VA

I've always dreamed of a flat tummy, and after my 2nd daughter was born by csection, my stomach lost it's elasticity and hung there like an apron. That was in addition to the fat I had in my abdominal area. I was mortified to see my body. After many consultations, I decided on a tummy tuck with lipo to the abs and flanks. The first 4 days after having a tummy tuck is no joke. You need lots...

29 Yrs Old, Deflated Breasts After 2 Kids. - Chevy Chase, MD

I initially went to his office interested in fat transfer to the breast but Dr. Brown informed me I was not a good candidate because I'm quite thin and the fat wouldn't be enough. He did not pressure me at all to get implants but I asked some questions about it and after a while decided to go with it. I really liked the results and feel like his recommendation for the size was perfect. I got...

38 Years Old, 3 Pregnancies, 2 by C-Section

I am still in the planning phase but plan to get the surgery around March 1st, 2016. I am 5'5" and 185 lbs. my waist measures around 36" at the smallest part and 39" around the belly button. I don't have many stretch marks and hoping lipo would do the trick but it won't. I need muscle repair and skin removal. My Dr did not suggest lipo in any other areas aside from the flanks which is included...

I Feel Like I Got my Life Back - Chevy Chase, MD

After losing over 140 pounds and having a child, my breasts needed a lot of work. I had a huge amount of loose skin, lots of sagging, and one breast was larger than the other. Now, they look perfect. I chose 450cc high profile silicone Natrelle Inspiras. Dr. Brown completely exceeded all of my expectations. He is so caring, listened to all of my concerns, and answered all of my questions...
