Amazing Experience!
WORTH IT$7,000
I am more than happy with my results from my breast augmentation with fat transfer by Dr.Brown. Although I am only a week out from surgery, I’m extremely excited with my results. Background info is: I am a 26 year old, 5’7 145 lb woman. I’m fit and in shape overall and my hips and legs carry most of my weight (pear shaped). My breasts were an A cup before the procedure. Now I am a B cup. I always wanted fuller breasts, not necessarily extremely large since I have a full butt and I like having a smaller physique on top to balance out my bottom half. I considered implants but preferred a more natural approach. I did not know this procedure existed until I happened to google it one day, and was shocked when it actually existed as a procedure! I went for a consultation and Dr. Brown explained he could take fat from the front of my legs, hips, under my buttocks and flanks (love handles). I did not realize my flanks were fatty at the time, but now that they are reduced in fat I am SO happy I had it added to the procedure. If you are looking to increase to your breasts to an “exact” cup size or looking for more than one cup size then this most likely isn’t the procedure for you. For my own body, liposuction plus breast size increase was a win / win. The experience at the consultation office as well as at the hospital for surgery was professional as well as comforting. I enjoyed every person I worked with each step of the way. And I was nervous surgery day! Dr. Brown helped reassure me as well as my mom before surgery. Thankfully I had my mom to drive me and stay with me the first two nights because I was pretty sore and needed assistance with simple things such as grabbing water from the kitchen and pain meds from across the room. (Aka don’t try to do this alone!) Transitioning from getting up or laying down or sitting down is the most uncomfortable part. My scars are so minimal and can be easily hidden by a bathing suit. Dr. Brown is obviously very knowledgeable in what he does. I appreciated that he was honest in surgery results and expectations and was helpful in answering any questions and concerns I had.

Awesome thanks so much for the info. I’m having a hard time finding a Dr. Here in Canada that will do exactly that for around the same price, it’s very expensive here and I absolutely do not want implants in my body. Even tho they push it will be better results and cheaper. Have you noticed that you feel a big difference as a women with your breasts or is it very Subtle? I’m afraid to spend all this money and my breasts won’t turn out to be that much different in the end, are you finding that they are even larger then you had hoped for? Have are you feeling about your self confidence and esteem as a women? Better, have you had any signs of depression that is common with implant surgery? Thank you so much for all the help.

I would really appreciate more pictures if your willing to share. How long post op are you now and how bad/painful has your recovery been? I’m very athletic I’m worried my results might deminish once I go back to my work out routine. Your awesome for posting and giving women this advice. There isn’t much out there. Minimum cost looks like it’s going to be around $10,000 for me so really need to make sure it’s worth it! Thanks again

Hmm, maybe a plane ticket and a hotel for a night or so would be cheaper ? (That may be a silly idea, but I’m being serious haha). I notice a difference in my breast shape and size. They are more full now and have more volume, but the change is subtle to other people if they don’t know I had surgery (I think) I haven’t showed that many people, my friends thought the results were amazing. The noticeability is nothing compared to of the drastic difference people receive with implants. I’ve maintained the same weight for years now, fluctuating within 5 pounds, any given day. I also work out. If you have a steady weight then you shouldn’t worry about losing all the inserted fat in the breasts. Unless your training for a marathon or training specifically to lose fat. My doctor was able to take 200 ccs of fat to insert into each breast. I kept in mind that swelling would reduce after a few days and that 40% of the fat would be lost, so I tried not to get too attached my breasts immediately post surgery. Recovery was great, walking helped a lot. I definitely used my pain medicine I was prescribed. Pain was only in liposuction areas not in my breasts. The hardest part was sleeping the first night because I hated sleeping on my back. Now I’m very used to it. And the compression pants were quite annoying the first week and made my back hurt wearing it 24/7. Moving from laying down to standing or vice versa was the most painful part. I couldn’t sit comfortably for a day or so because I had fat removed under my buttocks. I haven’t had any depression at all, actually quite opposite. I could see immediate results the day I had surgery and was so excited. I got grumpy day 2 and 3 but I was fine after that. I went on a beach vacation after only 3 recovery days. I wore long skirts to hide the compression pants. If you’re looking for large breasts then this probably isn’t the procedure for you. If you want a little upgrade with size / fullness/ volume and an added bonus of lipo in problem areas then I’d recommend ! Also- the places I liposuctioned are dramatically different, I’m especially loving having no love handles and I got rid of the extra fat living on my hips. I feel more confident overall :)
What was your surgery total as well as location please and thank you! My body is very similar to yours and I would be very lucky if I had similar results!
