I had a very complex case of extreme assemetry. A DD and a B, I had wanted to get this done for a long time, yet didn’t have the money, until I decided to just do it. In November of 2019 I had a lift and different size implants to try and even them out, there was still some difference as the small boob was the big boob. About a year later we had another opportunity to get it right as the implants I got were recalled!! Ended up cutting some skin on the bigger one and adding more to help with sizing. Welllllllll about 5 years later and it’s not quite as drastic as it was, but definitely a visible difference. Cant wear stripes, or patterns or light colors. I’m pleased with the doctor and all the conversations and consultation and everything other than the way it makes me feel. I’m hoping to get a revision at some point, but after that first 10K I’m not sure how much more I can sink in to this. Any suggestions, thoughts or ideas on what would be best??

I am 57 years old, and 6 days post op. Dr. Leahy and his nurse Maggie were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. They helped me get approval for my health insurance to cover the procedure. He removed 500+ grams from left, and 600+ grams from right. I am very happy! I am including before and after photos with this review. Updated on 20 Apr 2024: I am now almost 4 weeks post op. Dr. Leahy has been very patient and prompt when it came to answering all of my questions, in person and through email. And I had a lot of questions! His nurse, Maggie, is always friendly and happy to answer any question that I had. In fact, everyone in the office has been friendly and always happy to help. Dr. Leahy is honest and up front, so you never ever have to wonder about what he is thinking about your care. Furthermore, he works very hard to provide the highest customer satisfaction. Before surgery, I had no reservations about Dr. Leahy’s ability to successfully perform my breast reduction. After surgery, I am even more confident in his work and I would recommend him to anyone who want or need a breast reduction. Not only is he good at it, but he actually enjoys doing them because of the high satisfaction rate of his patients.

From the minute I stepped into their practice I felt like I was in the right place. It’s beautiful and everyone is so kind and welcoming. Meeting Dr. Leahy and his nurse Maggie was such a great experience from start to finish. They are both so kind and patient and I really enjoyed talking to them both. I felt so good after leaving my appt I scheduled my BA two weeks later! They were so accommodating of my schedule and that really meant a lot as I have two young children. After surgery many times you go through highs and lows as you are healing and Dr. Leahy made sure to answer all of my many questions so quick and really put my mind at ease. Now one month later they are perfect and I truly feel so good about myself. Thank you Dr. Leahy!

Dr. Leahy is caring and very responsive to any concerns. I had a tummy tuck and have had results beyond my wildest dreams. I would have never achieved my results with weight loss alone and I feel (and look) better than I have since I was a teenager. Dr. Leahy takes the time to answer any questions and is always available by email. My confidence has soared and it’s so much fun buying clothes now! I’ve cleaned up my diet and although it’s not weight loss surgery, I’ve lost 30 pounds since my procedure. No more struggling to get into a yoga pose with a big tummy in the way and no more struggling to find clothes that camouflaged my tummy either. I am absolutely thrilled with my new lease on life.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Leahy. The facility, as well as the nurse, took wonderful care of me. In addition to the quality care, I'm also very happy with the change of my appearance. I had no idea how much I would enjoy having a breast augmentation. Regarding recovery, it was exactly 4 weeks, like Dr. Leahy predicted, that I was able to go back to doing things as normal and working out.

Dr. Leahy does excellent work! I absolutely love my results and my healing time was quick. I was worried about being in pain after my procedure but was pleasantly surprised by how little pain I had when taking the medication regimen Dr. Leahy prescribed. Very highly recommended.

From the moment I met Dr Leahy and his nurse Maggie I was pleased. The staff at monarch was always very kind and helpful. Maggie and Dr Leahy were very informative, answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. So much so that I booked my surgery for 2 weeks later. Everyone was so nice, I wasn't nervous at all. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Dr Leahy has great bedside manner, I loved that about him. I am now 5 weeks post op and I have very happy with my results. I was so pleased with my whole experience that I have sent 2 of my sisters and a friend his was who now have all gotten breast augmentations done by him. They all had amazing experiences just as I with just as amazing results. We are all very pleased and couldn't be happier we chose Dr. Leahy.

I have worked with Dr Leahy on two occasions, once to have a cyst removed from my wrist and a second time for a breast lift, implants and liposuction. Dr Leahy is gentle, respectful, knowledgeable, honest, helpful and did an amazing job on both of my surgeries. He answered any questions I had, and after my plastic surgery, Dr Leahy and/or his assistant Maggie responded to emails within the hour, whether it was a picture I sent of a concerning spot or to ask in what positions I could sleep. I would recommended him to anyone!

I would comfortably allow Dr. Leahy to use my before and after pictures for his exceptional work for my abdominoplasty. It is something that was personal to me and important to me and I appreciated the sensitivity and the confidence they provided me and having the procedure done at age 58.I can tell you that I never felt so young or vibrant and his team was with me the whole way. I appreciated how available Dr. like he was throughout the experience. He made himself available via email and cell phone and calmed any fears. The follow up has been very thorough and I have appreciated all the tips along the way to get the best recovery. I can’t wait to hit the beach is the spring in a bikini with full confidence.

Dr. Leahy was the only doctor I have every fully trusted and appreciated for their candor and professionalism, as well as their bedside manor and post operation follow up. I was treated with respect and full authority over my options and results, which I have not been with other doctors in the past. I researched for months and with such poor experiences with doctors, prolonged the operation for a very long time. Finally enough was enough and I called Monarch specifically for Dr. Leahy, because of his outstanding feedback and potential to be able to help me with a between-feilds issue. He was honest, the procedure was quick and painless, and we were able to talk and even laugh. Hopefully my case of keloids does not reoccur, but if it does, I will be entirely at ease and 100% returning to see Paul and his staff again.
