Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty: I loved this procedure and I definitely think it was worth it
Two summer ago I had a combined rhinoplasty and septoplasty after breaking my nose for a second time. I went to meridian plastic surgery as I was referred by a friend and Dr. Perkins did my surgery. He was impeccable. Just incredibly kind, walked me through the entire process, and followed up with me in the following months throughly. On the day of my surgery I arrived, signed paperwork, then I was put under for the surgery. They both fixed my deviated septum and removed a bump

Dr. Perkins saved my nose!
Unfortunately for my primary rhinoplasty I chose the wrong doctor. I had 3 surgeries total by the wrong doctor and thought there was no hope. I was told told to meet Dr. Perkins to consult about a 4th surgery and complicated revision. I packed my bags and traveled from N.Y. to Indiana. I had consulted with a few other revision specialist's but Dr. Perkins was confident I could have a normal looking functioning nose once again! I am now 10 months out and could not be happier.

Dr. Perkins did my rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and chin implant. I'm only 3 months post op, but I'm very happy with my results already. I can't wait to see what my results look like a year out. He does several follow up visits within the year after your surgery, which is something I really appreciate. I recommend him to anyone!

Truly fantastic care. 7 mos post & nose is still refining. Some scar tissue inside one nostril which will be removed after more healing. Breathing is 100% better and no more snoring since turbinates were reduced and septum fixed. Jaw & neck are beautiful (no more turkey neck). Chin implant is very subtle. Three Years out from Facelift and Revision -- Still Totally Thrilled at 62
Wrote this whole darn thing out and lost it. I'll try one more time. Four years ago I looked tired and irritable all the time. In fairness, sometimes I was, but not always! I'd always had a chubby neck and jawline, but now I was getting jowls and a generally droopy face. I am 100% in favor of plastic surgery if you do it for healthy reasons -- i.e., to please yourself, not somebody else and if you realize it is going to change your face, not your whole life. In Dec 2016, had a lower face & neck lift. Plus fillers, (juvederm and voluma), in marionette lines & mouth corners. Was happy with lower face & neck lift, but it did nothing to address down-turned mouth. So decided to get a corner lip lift on both sides, plus co2 laser around mouth, lower ciheeks, neck & chest & a tcp laser on upper cheeks, forehead & nose. I was put under general anesthesia.

Dr. Perkins has saved my face literally. I had a revision with him after a doctor screwed up my broken nose. He then had to do a touch up but turned out to be yet another surgery. He didn't charge me for the 2nd surgery at all and although it was a long healing process I am now finally happy with my nose. I have done 1 year worth of research, this doctor is skilled and knows what he is doing. He will not take you on unless he knows he can help you and definitely not about money
