Dr. Perkins Saved my Nose!

WORTH IT
Unfortunately for my primary rhinoplasty I chose the wrong doctor. I had 3 surgeries total by the wrong doctor and thought there was no hope. I was told told to meet Dr. Perkins to consult about a 4th surgery and complicated revision. I packed my bags and traveled from N.Y. to Indiana. I had consulted with a few other revision specialist's but Dr. Perkins was confident I could have a normal looking functioning nose once again! I am now 10 months out and could not be happier. I didn't think it was possible to get such beautiful results after what I had been through. Thank you Dr. Perkins!

How does your nose feel? Are you able to move it and squish it or is it stiff?

It was only stuff for the first couple of months.

Hey friend. Your nose looks fantastic? Did you have rib? And when you say couple of months - like 3, 4? I'm 2.5 months post op and my nose feels like a hammer.

I had cartilage from septum only, nose was hard for about 3 months..I'm 11 months out now. Thanks so much. I was told people with ribs nose stay harder.

Thank you. I have septum in my tip but rib in my columella so I'm hoping it gets softer.

Did he show you a lot of revision pics? He’s supposed to be very experienced. I heard he has students but he did a great job on your nose so I imagine it was only him lol. Did he mention using any students or fellows?

It was stiff for awhile but it’s alot better now. I had septum and ear. No rib.

Amazing to hear that!

You look fantastic - I'm so pleased it worked out for you, especially after 3 prior surgeries and crushed hopes. Your nose now looks similar to my old nose which I am trying to get back (after 3 prior surgeries myself). Would you be happy to post photos of your profile and 3/4 views too? If not, I understand. Happy New Year!

Yes I will post more! Thanks so much, my original nose was fine as well just had a hump and the doctor that messed me up ruined my nostrils, breathing and everything. Did an open when I only required a closed procedure. I'm so happy I traveled and was able to achieve results just when I thought my face was ruined forever.

Can you share who did your other surgeries ( so that others don't use those doctors)
