Thanks for your ququestion. There are different way face and neck lift procedures are done. My approach is highly individualized to patient's need. Different techniques are available. In your case we need to address forehead, upper and lower eyelids, cheeks ,lines around mouth, jowls and neck.This will require rejuvenation of forehead, upper and lower blepharoplasty,face and neck lift, with some SMAS procedure and fat transfer to face. I am beyond pleased with my facelift, neck lift and blue chemical peel results. Dr Shah is a skilled surgeon. He was very patient in listening to my concerns pertaining to my jowls and sagging skin.
