I have been going to Dr. Sweis for years for botox and fillers -She is one of the most highly skilled and compassionate Doctors that I know. I highly recommend her for these procedures and am interested in possibly other procedures with her going forward

As a young adult I spent too much time sunning myself, which left my skin with brown spots, wrinkles and fine lines. I have read about the wonderful results with CO2 Laser. It addresses a myriad of concerns. It is ideal for reversing the effects of aging, preventing fine lines, and evening out skin tone. Dr. Iliana Sweis performed CO2 laser on my entire face today, in her pristine procedure room. She applied numbing cream on my face, and I waited an hour with it on, before she escorted me to the procedure room. There she numbed me up, once again, with numbing injections. I was initially very nervous, but really felt just slight discomfort. The procedure was no more than 35-40 minutes!!! She kindly explained everything she was doing, and asked me repeatedly if I was ok!! *_* I'm home now, with a very red and swollen face, applying Alba Non-Petroleum 3-5 times a day. Tomorrow I start washing my face with vinegar and water solution. I will update my photos daily to show you the progress. Updated on 1 May 2022: Woke up today after a bad night sleep, because I slept on the side of my face, hence, wiping off all the Alba Non Petroleum. My face felt like sandpaper. Today it seems like it is more swollen and more red. I will wash my face with the vinegar and water solution to help alleviate any swelling and discomfort. I will continue with my daily updates, including photos. Updated on 1 May 2022: This petroleum is THE BOMB!! It moisturizes and soothes the dry skin immediately. It’s made from only pure plant oils and waxes. Updated on 2 May 2022: The swelling is gradually subsiding, as well as the redness. I had some oozing on my pillow last night which is normal. I went through two tubes of Alba non petroleum, just keeping this dry face moist. I will continue with my photos and keep you updated. Updated on 3 May 2022: As you can see in these photos that the redness is dissipating. The dryness is off the charts!! I’m going through tubes of Alba non petroleum, but it’s the best ointment for post laser treatments. I was advised by the doc not to dye my hair yet… it’s very challenging for me not to just run out to my hairdresser and get these “grey highlights” dyed. Next week can’t come soon enough…. Beautification Day!!! I go back to see Dr. Sweis on Thursday, 6 days post laser. Updated on 3 May 2022: I forgot to mention that I am now seeing a tremendous improvement in my fine lines and wrinkles, even with the mask of petroleum on my face. The best thing about this laser is…. MY WRINKLES around my eyes and mouth are HISTORY!!!! This CO2 laser is a great procedure to help with any of the above concerns!! It’s a lot cheaper than a facelift!!! Updated on 3 May 2022: I’m looking forward to looking like Randi again, with a better version of my old self. When I look at these “raw” photos of myself and then photos of me before the laser… I am soooo excited to see the unveiling of the NEW and IMPROVED Randi… sans wrinkles, fine lines, and brown sun spots. The bottom photo is me right before the laser, and top (obviously) is after. I will post RECOVERED!! Photos soon!!! Updated on 4 May 2022: This is THE TURNING POINT!! I’m seeing the light at the end of the laser. Yessss!! Once again, Dr. Sweis is a force to be reckoned with! I have a follow up tomorrow afternoon Updated on 5 May 2022: Post laser appointment today. Hopefully I will taper off with the Alba non petroleum. I want to go out and face the world. *_* I can see improvements in my hyperpigmentation on my face, a well as my fine lines and wrinkles. There is a subtle improvement with my pores, as well. Without any Alba on my face…. It’s extremely extremely dry. Be prepared to buy stock *_* in Alba. I’ve gone through 4 tubes already. Updated on 5 May 2022: Updated on 6 May 2022: Updated on 11 May 2022: I had to take a group pic today, and decided I would put makeup on, though Dr. Sweis wanted me to wait until two weeks post laser. I’m sooooo impressed with my smooth skin and wrinkle-less face. Updated on 6 Jul 2022: This is the GRAND FINALE!!! All of my glamorization was ALL FOR THIS DAY! Unfortunately , we live close to the massacres in Illinois!!!

I made an appointment to see Dr. Iliana Sweis on February 24 for my half yearly strategic application of Juvederm on my lips. She will also use Botox on my smoker lines. She has such a unique way of giving me the sort after lip flip. I had the strong belief and firm trust that she can restore my youthfulness with my facelift, and she DID!! Updated on 23 Feb 2021: Going tomorrow for my half yearly lip beautification!! Dr. Iliana Sweis does beautiful lips so effortlessly and so proficiently that you would never know I had them enhanced!! She’s just a natural at this!! I will post photos tomorrow of my new fluffy Cupid’s bow lips!! Updated on 24 Feb 2021: Dr. Sweis used one syringe of Juvederm on my upper/lower lips and my oral commissures. One syringe was sufficient. This photo is immediately following injection. Updated on 24 Feb 2021: Waiting for the numbing gel to take effect, I thought I’d have fun entertaining myself!!! Dr. Sweis made sure that my numbing gel was in full effect before the actual injections. Updated on 24 Feb 2021: Immediately following lip injections there is some swelling and bruising, which is quite normal. My upper lip looks a little cartoonishly swollen, but to be expected. This is all part of the process, and I will wait it out. I know that after my 24 hour mark, my swelling will significantly dissipate. Lips are a super sensitive area and pricking the lips with a needle and injecting a substance will cause swelling. Let me just say, in my opinion, I’d rather put myself in the hands of someone who does injectables everyday than someone who does fillers from time to time!! Dr. Iliana Sweis, from North Shore Center for Plastic Surgery, new exactly what I was going for, and what would be suitable for my face. Needles freak me out a little, but with a combination of numbing cream and her VERY LIGHT TOUCH ladders up to virtually minimal pain. I love my lips already, they do not look “over done”! I only did one syringe of Juvederm, and it definitely was sufficient. I’m home today under house “lip arrest”.. not daring to go out with all of the visible bruising and swelling... except to my daily Dunkin’ drive thru run!! For all of my RS followers, who messaged me and private messaged me about my lipstick.... I use Nars Audacious color Anna! I also use Barbara as well!! Six weeks post op from my facelift and neck lift, and Dr Sweis felt I could use a little extra volume. I had three syringes of Voluma used and I will be back for more in two weeks. It's a great filler, giving me some added volume in my facial contour. Updated on 2 Jan 2021: I really LOVR this Voluma on my cheeks and jawline. I’m contemplating getting more... yikes. Voluma-itis is contagious. Updated on 10 Jan 2021: My plastic surgeon, Dr. Iliana Sweis, is celebrating the first day of another lovely year!! Updated on 12 Jan 2021: Had two syringes of Voluma today, distributed in my cheeks, jawline and chin. Dr. Iliana Sweis is a perfectionist with her injectables. Notice in the photo the definition in my jawline and cheekbones. Updated on 13 Jan 2021: I have no bruising or swelling from the two syringes that Dr. Sweis used on my face. I really think Voluma is a very natural looking filler and is definitely worth the extra cost for this dermal filler. As I approach my 65th Birthday, I was noticing my neck to be a contributing factor in my loss of youthfulness in my face area!! My skin on my neck is dry and now slightly discolored. I've tried and LOVED skinceutical products before, but never the Tripeptide-R Neck Repair. I have heard remarkably great results from this product, and I am now going to give it a try. Updated on 30 Oct 2020: Tonight I started my initial use of SkinCeuticals Tripeptide Neck Repair Cream. The instructions are as follows..apply 1-2 pumps every other night from the décolletage to the jawline by massaging the product in an upward motion. After one week, increase use to nightly then twice daily as tolerated. My initial reaction to the product was extremely favorable. The pump was easy to access the product without any waste. The product itself had a very soft pleasant scent. I applied it as instructed, and it went on very easily. No greasy feeling or residual lotion left after messaging into my neck and décolletage. I will keep you posted on my feelings towards this product. Updated on 4 Nov 2020: I will update with photos soon, just started using this lovely product everyday. I first apply it to my décolleté and work it up my neck. I then layer it with my sunscreen. It’s too premature to judge this product as of yet, but I really can feel the difference in the texture of my skin. It seriously feels soooo soft!! I actually look forward to my application everyday, just feeling that this product is extremely effective. The scent is also like aroma therapy. Very soft and calming. The pump is very user friendly. I’m very optimistic that this product is a WINNER!! Updated on 14 Nov 2020: I am three weeks into using this product, and I can only saw WOW!! Not only is my neck visibly less wrinkley, but the texture of my skin feels so soft. It was very dry feeling and this caused the wrinkles to be more visible. I will continue using this product, and update with more photos. Updated on 21 Nov 2020: I have been using this WONDERFUL product diligently twice a day. I’m finding that it’s helped to smooth out my visible lines in my neck. My most favorite result thus far... is the texture of my skin. It absolutely feels soooo soft. I’ve always felt that the skin on my neck was scaly looking, but not anymore!! As I’m nearing the trial testing period there are questions that I would like to answer. Do I feel that this product is worth $120? YES! I don’t consider this cream to be expensive in comparison to others on the market. Very little goes a long way!!!!! Do I see positive results?? Again, YES! My skin is softer and visibly less crinkly Would I purchase this product after I’m finished with the trial product.... YES. YES. YES. Updated on 12 Dec 2020: It’s been six/seven weeks of usage with SkinCeuticals and I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to add firmness to their neck. This product has tightened up my skin and changed the texture tremendously. My neck was crepey but not anymore. I was very diligent in my twice daily regimen and noticed a subtle change halfway through my trial time. I would give this treatment on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest... a TEN!!! It's been six months since I met with my trusted and skilled esthetician, Kelly. My skin lost its "luster and shine", and Kelly suggested a Melanage Micropeel, explaining to me that it was suitable for most skin types and would help create an overall brighter complexion. It also helps in reducing fine lines through collagen stimulation. It was virtually a painless and rather fast procedure. It is now two days post procedure and as you can see in my above photo, that my entire face is peeling, as expected. I was informed by Kelly that I should refrain from picking or peeling off my dead skin. I applied a gentle moisturizer to aid in the healing process. I am hoping to achieve significant improvements in my appearance of fine lines and help to stimulate collagen production. I will update in one week. Updated on 9 Mar 2020: My skin feels soooo smooth. I peeled for almost two weeks!!! My face/neck is glowing with pretty new skin. This was the only peel that I’ve ever experienced to “shed” for so long, and it just seemed like the skin peeling was thick pieces of dead skin. AWESOME

Dr. Sweis is definitely the best Plastic Surgeon out there! I would recommend her to anyone. I have been her patient for 9 years and have had several procedures including a tummy tuck, blepharolpasty, Botox and fillers. Not only is she kind, caring and compassionate she is incredibly skilled and artistic. I am thrilled with all my results! I look natural and fresh and always get complements. It is obvious from the moment you walk into her beautiful, serene office space and are welcomed by her friendly and knowledgeable staff that I know I am the priority. I have never felt rushed and always feel completely at ease. Dr. Sweis always listens to what I want and explains all my options very clearly. It’s priceless to have a Doctor who is kind and attentive as well as being extremely skilled and in the top of her field. I can’t imagine settling for anything less than best and that is Dr. Sweis!

The women in the Northbook office are so sweet, and so is Dr Sweis. They all made me feel at ease. Also My breasts look and feel real. The scars aren't even visible. She is a magician and I would highly recommend her to everyone!

This was my second syringe of Juvederm for my corners of my mouth. I was noticing that my lips were looking unhappy, until I had fillers injected... and BOOM... there’s a happy face on this lady now!!’ You can see the bruising on my face, and that’s with foundation and concealer.
