THANK YOU!
I am a 51 year old female dentist. I chose Dr. Gassner for my face lift after detailed research. His non - delaminating deep plane technique made sense to me. Especially in the neck. The two other surgeons I saw suggested to take out part of my salivary glands. Knowing the increasing problems with dry mouth in my own patients, I did not want this. Dr. Gassner performs a full non - delaminating technique that includes the entire neck and he preserves the glands. I did a video consultation

Face Lift Eyelids and Nose - Patient of Dr. Gassners for 16 Years - Could Not Be More Satisfied
I had my first surgery done by Dr. Gassner 16 years ago. He did my nose, then my eyelids with forehead lift. 10 weeks ago I went ahead with the Face Lift. He does the non delaminating technique and did a phenomenal job. It was the big lift, full face and neck. The result is overwhelming and makes my very happy. Youthful, beautiful, natural. I just love it. The time after the surgery was unbelievable. No joke - I went out to the cafe with my friends 6 days after the procedure.

Picture - Perfect Rhinoplasty
I am 3 months after my surgery. You can check the result below. Dr. Gassner and his team are excellent. He is present and takes care from the beginning to the end. I felt were well taken care of. The result matches the simulation to the T. Recovery was really easy, hardly any pain and I was looking pretty normal the following week after the surgery. I can only recommend this office.

Dr. Gassner Fixed my Nose 100% Satisfaction
Very deviated nose and breathing fixed: I had Dr. Gassner correct my crooked nose. Surgery and after care were much easier than thought. I left the office about an hour after the surgery, needed almost no pain pill and was back in my normal life the week after surgery. My nose is 100% straight and I can breathe freely. Absolute recommendation!!!

Ideal Result from Rhinoplasty for Traumatic Nose
My nose was crooked and deformed all my life. Finally at the age of 58, I decided to get it corrected. I waited so ling, because I read all the stories about how painful and traumatic a rhinoplasty can be. I should have done the surgery way sooner. Dr. Gassner did the perfect job. I woke up breathing through my nose for the first time. There was very little sewlling, no bruising. The most uncomfortable part was taking the cast off. The whole process was very impressive and Dr.

Saved 100.000$ + on a High End Deep Plane Face Lift
Dr. Gassner is phenomenal and probably the least recognized among the high end face lift surgeons. I researched all over and considered the best names on the east and west coast. Dr. Gassner is fully US trained, did his training at the Mayo Clinic and UW, and has been working with the best names in the US. He does the non - delaminating face lift, that is why I chose him. The result is very very beautiful, and the descriptions about the quick healing with the non - delaminating

Perfect Result from Deep Plane Face Lift
I can recommend Dr. Gassner 100%. I researched and decided to have my face lift done by Dr. Gassner, because of his extensive training in the US and the fact that he does the very advanced deep plane face lift technique.I wanted to have a natural result and a safe surgeon. He performed the advanced deep plane face lift without lifting the skin. He describes it on his website. It was very impressive. I had hardly and bruising, recovery was very easy and quick. The result is very
