Everything was perfect. Dr. Gassner took time to talk before the operation. He did simulation photos and explained everything very detailed. The operation went very well, no pain, no tamponades in the nose. I was walking out of the office soon after the procedure. Now one week later my breathing is perfect, I sleep much better.
