Normal Looking Nose After Cleft Rhinoplasty

I had a pronounced cleft nose with significant deviation and the look of a cleft nose. Dr. Gassner did a cleft rhinoplasty, endonasal. He took rib from my chest. The result is overwhelming. I have a normal nose, the asymmetry and the cleft look is competely gone. It is truly wonderful. Thank you so much to the entire team, everything was perfect.
