5 out of 5 stars Breast Augmentation
Never very busty to begin with, but by my late 20's had come to appreciate my perky, symmetrical 34 B's--then I got pregnant! And got a cruel, brief taste of life in the chesty lane. After 6 months of breastfeeding, it was all over, and I found myself unable to properly fill out an A cup. Looking to fill out the lost volume and then some , although I emphasize a desire for results that look...
5 out of 5 stars Breast Lift with Implants
31 Years. I Had a Scar Revision from a Previous Tummy Tuck (Another Surgeon) Breast Lift with Implants, and Lipo - Savannah, GA
Dr. Pearl is beyond amazing. He is extremely caring and compassionate. He has a passion for his work and for his patients. He and his staff go above and beyond unlike anything I have ever experienced before. The only thing better than his work ethic or the way he treats his patients is that fact that he is a skilled plastic surgeon who is truly an artist of his profession. I believe his work more than speaks for itself on that aspect. I spent months researching plastic surgeons in the Savannah area and I went to several consultations with many different doctors and the second I met him and his staff I knew I found the one. I haven't regretted that decision even once. It was worth every penny because he made me feel beautiful again and I am beyond grateful for that. The best advice I can give someone who is thinking of plastic surgery for cosmetic reasons or as the result of cancer is RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH and then when you are done do a little more research. I spent months looking through before and afters done by the surgeons in my area and reading the reviews posted by their patients so when I finally settled on a surgeon it was done with careful thought and consideration and I urge you to do the same. Sincerely, Crystal Cochran-Kerlin

5 out of 5 stars Tummy Tuck
Dr. Pearl is an awesome Plastic Surgeon. He told me I was doing better than most after my TT, but I think the reason I was recovering nicely, was because he did such a great job and he and his team took great care of me. He really takes pride in what he does. I am glad that he was the one doing my TT, cause he made it a great, (almost) painless experience and I received the outcome I was hoping for, it actually looks better than I had imagined. He is just amazing. One of my favorite people in the world. He has the gift to give people happiness and that is priceless!!!
