My dentist Peter Boulden created custom-made series of aligners. I had to pop new set of aligners approximately every 2-3 weeks, until my treatment was done. I was also extremely happy that there was no metal brackets included which made invisalign my first choice. It wasn't too expensive comparing to the quality.
