5 out of 5 stars Lower Face Lift
Over the past twenty five years I have had cosmetic procedures done by several different surgeons in Florida. I have seen Dr. Villar twice for his opinion on cosmetic surgery done by another surgeon (ENT Cosmetic and Facial Plastics). Dr. Villar took time to listen to my concerns, physically demonstrated what went wrong (used material at hand), explained what might correct the results, and insisted that we wait a few months before deciding what, if anything, should be done. On both visits he took tremendous time with the consult. I live in Vero Beach and travel 90 miles round trip to see him. Based on my twenty plus years with cosmetic surgery and surgeons, I feel confident in recommending Dr. Villar for your next consultation.

Dr. Villar is the finest plastic surgeon in medicine. His approach to surgery is based on what is best for the patient and nothing stands in the way of his goal. He career is perfect and everyone knows he is the best. Dr. Villar's surgeries raise the bar and his peer's would all agree that his practice is best in class.

Had two elective cosmetic surgery procedures 11 years ago & still loving my look! Looking good as a decade ago when they were done! Also! Have had some minor procedures done in office & love the end results!
So far, Dr.Villar has been absolutely amazing. He was very nice and made me feel relaxed. He made sure to hear what I wanted out of this surgery and provided some of his own feedback on what he thinks would look best on me. Dr.Villar sat through the entire consultation with me, didn't leave the room once unlike most doctors do. After we walked out of the patient room, he did not disappear into a back room. He stuck around by the front desk and was delighted to step back into the examination room when I thought of another question. Overall, was a great experience. Not to mention the amazing views his office holds, which is right on the water in downtown Stuart.

Most caring and conservative Dr I've met! Patients out come is his most concern, and if that's means ,no surgery, then that's what it is !

Went in for a upper and lower bleph and neck lift. Came out without the lower bleph as the DR stated that I was bleeding too much too risk it. And I appreciate that, of course! Better safe than sorry. Have several gigantic concerns with the outcome though. Upper Eyelid: My eyes were not symmetrical as one was lower than the other therefore wanted correction but came out worst (see pic)...
5 out of 5 stars Breast Implant Removal
I got implants 28 years ago, never had a leak or rupture , he did a beautiful job as they were very natural looking. My problem was having them in so long I had Bilateral Capsulectomy and needed them to be removed, it took me 2 years to decide to have them removed, Dr Villar honestly said if I had them put back in I would probably get the capsular again. So I finally decided to have them...

Dr. Villar is extremely attentive to your needs, as well as his staff. He is truly an artist. I walked in with a mess for him to clean up (2 very old implants), and walked out so happy. I initially thought I would choose smaller replacement implants, but after our considerable consultation, I left the decision in his very capable hands. I'm am more than pleased! I would never use anyone else.

47 Years Old, Tired of Headaches from Trying to See "OUT" Due to Excess Skin of my Upper Eyelid and Major Creases in my Forehead
I first met Dr. Villar 18 years ago when he performed a Coronal Browlift and Blepharoplasty as well under eyes laser for fine lines. Dr. Villar was the ONLY Board Certified Plastic Surgeon I met (3) who did NOT charge for his consult and He was also the only Plastic Surgeon that did not want to do the entire procedure all at once as the other I met with did. As he explained, you first bring up the upper forehead and remove the muscle to minimize frown wrinkles and THEN after that has healed and relaxed - minimum of six weeks, THEN do the upper eye lid and laser under the eye (IF you want) If you do it all at once you have a "Deer in the headlights appearance" or may not be able to close your eyes completely. My procedure was painless. He did the brow lift and the fat pocket under my eyes in the first procedure and then when I went back 8 weeks later for the extra skin removal of my eyelid I had laser under my eyes to take care of those fine lines. I was told the laser would be a major healing process and "could / would" be painful. That is the only discomfort that I had in the first week. (I do not have a high tolerance for pain at all) Dr. Villar had said six weeks minimum but know that he is an artist and very conservative we decided to wait 8 weeks. If you are going to have plastic surgery, you have to have total trust in your Doctor and have a great relationship with him / her, do exactly as they say and everything will go great. A true Doctor of Plastic Surgery is there to help you with your needs and not push you to do things you do not need. Dr. Villar will not do what he does not think is fitting for you, he will tell you that you need to find someone else. I have just had a lower face and neck lift by Dr. Villar and am so VERY HAPPY! I would never allow anyone else to "touch me" - EVER! I trust Dr. Villar implicitly!
