It will not be a one and done. I would look carefully at pass work. I have been told by people in the field that he becomes tired during surgery. I have lumps and bumps from the surgery he performed on me. I went to another surgeon to repair his work. If I were to give a grade on his work it would be a C average. He is a real nice guy and his staff is friendly and kind. For a facelift I would really do in-depth research. It’s your face trust the best A+++ surgeon

Three years later, I cannot stress how happy I am with Dr. Villar. I came into his office a wreck because of a botched breast lift and augmentation from another doctor. Even though I was very nervous for my consultation, Dr. Villar made me feel so at ease. He spent about an hour explaining my revision procedure, and the office manager, Marina, made the surgery scheduling a very easy process. The day of the surgery, Dr. Villar was at my bedside before and after my surgery and his office staff was incredibly attentive during my recovery. They answered all my calls, and the environment was very stress-free. My breasts look amazing compared to before, and he fixed my scars to blend in better with my skin. I can't ask for a better result. Thank you so much Dr. V, I am forever grateful!

I actually thought I had already left a review, but it was on Yelp and not here. Dr. Villar is an AMAZING surgeon. I live in LA and Ive seen the work of the leading cosmetic surgeons in Beverly Hills. Dr. Luis Villar's talent and artistic eye is as equal if not better than the top surgeons in Los Angeles. I had my breasts done in 2002 (19 years ago!), and to say I was flat is an understatement. I literally had no breast tissue. I don't know how he did it but he made a masterpiece out of NOTHING. Stuart Florida is lucky to have him.

I had my semi annual Botox day with Dr. Villar today! He always manages to subtract. Few years from my current age (now 51). He is so gentle And he really takes his time getting he look just right. I have one eyebrow that naturally droops more than the other and his Botox injection even manages to fix that issue. Great Surgeon, great person, wonderful staff!

In 2016 I made a huge mistake in trusting a plastic surgeon that I knew in Miami. Little did I know that he was running a chop shop. He left me disfigured and scarred for life. But thanks to Dr. VIllar I finally feel normal again. Ladies please be careful when you go to these chop shops in Miami that offer so much for so little. The surgeons are not qualified And unfortunately I found out the hard way that they’re not actually doing the surgeries they hire surgical techs and nurses to be anesthesiologist. They’re running multiple surgical suites but they are not present during the surgery. Updated on 15 Apr 2018: Doing amazing at 3 month follow up. Long journey but Dr Villar was there every step of the way. They are almost perfect. The left is higher due to extensive damage done by previous PS. I finally was able to wear a bikini for the first time in 2 years. Again I want to warn you before going to those chop shops in Miami. Make sure you are going to a free standing surgery center that equipped with the appropriate personnel to safely provide the care Updated on 23 Dec 2018: Dr Villar created a miracle a year ago. My breast still look perfect. I had to get tattoos to cover the horrible scars left by the Chop Shop surgeon. But now they are beautiful. This could not have happened without Dr Villar. I got implants 28 years ago, never had a leak or rupture , he did a beautiful job as they were very natural looking. My problem was having them in so long I had Bilateral Capsulectomy and needed them to be removed, it took me 2 years to decide to have them removed, Dr Villar honestly said if I had them put back in I would probably get the capsular again. So I finally decided to have them taken out and not put back in. I am still recovering from the 30th of March, I am so glad I had them removed. Dr Villar is the best surgeon I know and would not trust anyone else.

About 25 years ago, I did my research and used Dr. Villar for my breast augmentation surgery. They looked great until I had an accident in 2/16, and the very old implant ruptured. Of course I would not even consider using another Doctor, as his work, reputation, caring and consideration speak for themselves. I am so grateful. My new implants look like I'm 19 years old again. He is a very skilled surgeon and gave me more than I could ever hoped for. Look no further than Dr. Villar, for any type of plastic surgery.

TOTALLY THRILLED! I desperately needed my ability to see. An Ophthalmologist "can" do the surgery and insurance will cover the expense to correct your vision, however one huge drawback, they can take out too much skin and your not able to close your eye lids completely, this happened to my mother. I sought a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to correct my ability to see "out" and also all the lines in my forehead as well as remove the muscle between your eyes to prevent deep frown lines with were already present. While at it, go ahead and have the inner part of my lower lid pocket of fat removed. NEVER EVER go to a PS that charges for a consult nor wants to do everything at once, you will be sorry. Take the time to do it right. *****the fee was 18 years ago, not the fee for 2016*****

Breast Aug and Csection scar revision. Dr. Villar is the finest plastic surgeon in medicine. His approach to surgery is based on what is best for the patient and nothing stands in the way of his goal. He career is perfect and everyone knows he is the best. Dr. Villar's surgeries raise the bar and his peer's would all agree that his practice is best in class.

Over the past twenty five years I have had cosmetic procedures done by several different surgeons in Florida. I have seen Dr. Villar twice for his opinion on cosmetic surgery done by another surgeon (ENT Cosmetic and Facial Plastics). Dr. Villar took time to listen to my concerns, physically demonstrated what went wrong (used material at hand), explained what might correct the results, and insisted that we wait a few months before deciding what, if anything, should be done. On both visits he took tremendous time with the consult. I live in Vero Beach and travel 90 miles round trip to see him.
