I'm thrilled with the results. Less pain then I expected! I had the explant because of a ruptured implant that was noted on my last mammogram. The only reason I knew about it was I read my path report. They told me my mamo was "normal". It took me four months to get a doctor to do the necessary diagnostics so I could make an informed decision about what to do. Bottom line? Dr. Prysi said the implant was completely ruptured, a "mass of goo". I had a lump of silicone behind my nipple the size of a quarter that was removed with the implant. My experience with with dr. Prysi was the best medical preparation, follow-up and care I have ever received for ANY procedure or surgery. I highly recommend his practice.

I am so happy with the result. It is exactly what I asked for. Dr. Prysi is an outstanding surgeon. His office stuff is very proffesional and friendly and have always answered the phone when I had questions before and after the surgery. Overall great experience.

I knew I wanted implants since I was a teenager, and it became clear I wasn't going to naturally blessed in that department. After having two children (8 and 5 now). My stomach just wasn't what it used to be. Living in Florida and being a bathing suit all the time only increased my desire to go through with this surgery. I went on four consultations until deciding and scheduled my surgery for 08/18/2017. Here are some of my before pictures. Updated on 20 Aug 2017: Still no major discomfort in breasts but my stomach after tummy tuck is quite painful. I felt child birth without epidural was less painful than this. I had first pre-op appointment this morning (on a Saturday) and everything looks good so far. 1st drain should be coming out Monday. Walking hunched over and it's very difficult to get to standing from sitting position. Will post post-op pics hopefully tomorrow. Updated on 20 Aug 2017: My surgery was yesterday 8/18/17 at 7:30 am. I didn't wake up until about 3 pm after having lipo of hips, full tummy tuck, and breast augmentation. The doc went with 475 cc mentor silicone implants. I have almost no discomfort at all today in my breasts, but the tummy is a whole other story. When I woke from anesthesia after surgery I felt intense pain in my stomach. The nurses gave me more meds but still so much pain. I was also incredibly nauseous multiple times yesterday but I took anti nausea meds and they gave me quease ease to sniff which worked like a miracle at keeping the pukes away. Updated on 20 Aug 2017: I'm 5'11 and 160 pounds. Here are pics today of super swollen boobs. I'm very happy with the 475 cc's. I thought they'd look enormous but pleasantly surprised. Stomach still hurts like crazy. Post op appointment tomorrow morning. I should be getting one of two drains out at that time and might need more pain meds unless this gets a lot better over night . My husband though I was crazy spending so much time on this site and compiling wish boobs Updated on 21 Aug 2017: Another post op appointment this morning and still had too much fluid output to have a drain removed which is disappointing since I feel like the drains are the major part of my remaining discomfort at this point. I was all unwrapped for the first time this morning and started on arnica to hopefully help with bruising, swelling, and pain. I also developed tape blisters under my breasts which were oozing last night so glad there was not an infection and just removed the tape causing irritation. Overall I feel like I'm getting better each day which is encouraging as the first two days and nights were terrible. My husband is amazed at how well my stomach looks even with bruising and swelling so that makes me happy. Loving having boobs without an underwire or any padding. Also, I think I'm getting my period today which is kind of a nightmare.

I had a composite face lift and eyebrow lift performed by Dr. Mark Prysi. My face was starting to look square due to sagging from age. After visiting with Dr. Prysi I decided he could work his magic. I was in surgery for 6 hours and felt like I went 50 rounds in the boxing ring but it was sooo worth it. Recuperation was long, it took about a month to feel like myself again and be unrestricted in activites. It has been 6 months and I look and feel fantastic. Everyone says I look like I am in my 30's instead of on the verge of turning 50. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I have always been smaller chested, but after losing about 20 pounds I became very very flat chested and decided to go for it! I always wanted fuller breasts in hopes that I would feel more womanly and less like a teenage boy. My goal was to achieve a very natural look-- I want people to question whether I was born with them or just had a really good surgeon! Dr. Prysi totally understood the look I was going for and assured me that we could achieve it. He was so right! Close friends and family members even had to ask me if I was just wearing a really good bra or if I had surgery! Dr. Prysi and his staff are professional, thorough and truly care about their patients. They were always available to answer any questions that I had, and went above and beyond for me from my consultation all the way to my most recent follow up appointment.

I have posted reviews a while ago after I had a facelift in 2012 that left me with a lump of skin under my chin. Had a re-do in 2013 and the lumps and bumps were still there but banding was added. I went to many surgeons in fort myers/naples and all said not to open my neck again thou my original surgeon wanted to a 3rd time. So I opted for a composite facelift...vertical facial rejuvenation (mid-face, brow, neck & laser ). My neck is 80% repaired (without being opened) and the banding is gone. The original facelift already was sagging. This time I had no bruising (odd for me) and very little swelling. 3.5 weeks later I went to key west for 4 days with my girlfriends for a girls trip on the key west express. Everyone and I mean everyone has complimented me (including my husband) on Dr. Prysis work. These pictures were all taken on my cell phone. No doctors office blue background. I decided to visit Dr. Prysi due to many stellar reviews from past patients, as well as operating room nurses. Everything from the consultation to the pre-op, the surgery, recovery and aftercare have been nothing but the best. I would recommend Dr. Prysi to anyone wishing to improve their physical appearance.

I've been working out and dieting for years but just couldn't lose my love handles. I did 2 cycles of CoolSculpting at Dr. Prysi's and I'm thrilled to say my love handles are gone! Dr. P's staff answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable during the procedure, and also did botox while the CoolSculpting was going on to save me a return trip back to the office. Smaller breasts after breast feeding two children, left with saggy "deflated" breasts. Unhappy with outer thighs "Saddle bags". Dr. Prysi's recommendations on size were perfect. His eye for symmetry and balance is unmatched in Southwest Florida. I am extremely happy with my results and would do it all again!

My surgery with Dr Prysi was one year ago in 2021. I was not happy and still not happy with my outcome. I was referred by a trusted friend and I do not live there. However, since expressing my dissatisfaction, Rae Lynn contacted me and Dr Prysi has offered to revise the lower part of my face. I had the "composite facelift" this is both upper and lower face, its the full FL. I chose him bc my friend, who lives in his area, said that his technique is "SO" good, one of the best she has ever seen with the cheeks as far as "lifting" them high up and into place. A lot of his before and afters are very good too (although not all --some are minimal) but it was enough to convince me to put my faith and money in his procedure. Im only 48 , a lot of his patients I think are a little older it seems. So, I felt really good , like wow, this is great, getting this done a little younger. My cheeks though have definitely dropped down, and it happened after only about 2-3 months. I did go see him for a revision but they expected me to pay the regular price, I was not going to do that. That was a lot of time and money gone too. Anyway, I am scheduled to go in Sept. Thank God! However, he has only offered to do the mid-lower face. Ive gotten the opinion of a couple of friends who very objectively and politely tell me I should get both upper and lower redone. Considering I paid nearly $22,000 ( a lot of money) last year and I can not afford to repay him this year and it would not be fair to me. I am posting a couple of pictures here from just after the procedure and present day/now. I would really like some other opinions here on this because I am so unhappy with the cheeks that I was so happy with for a brief 2-3 months. I really like Dr Prysi. He is a very warm and friendly guy, and I do think he is skilled. I do not totally blame him nor was I ever angry at him. Its just a weird "fluke" that happened. But, I do feel I deserve the revision for the work I paid for last year. Anyone reading this and understanding about cheeks/tissue lifts of the upper face, Id love to know what you think as well. Also, I plan to post my afters of the next revision surgery coming up this September. Thank you for reading this! I wanted to show when I was SO happy vs what is like now, 1 year post off. I am realistic and logical. You cant expect to look the same from 2-3 months like 4 or 5 years later. BUT after ONE year it should be close and you should still be happy considering the nature of the surgery, downtime, time and money spent!
