Mommy Makeover. Breast Augmentation, tummy tuck, and liposuction of the hips

Well I've got both drains out and took a full shower for the first time last night which feels like a huge step in the right direction. Pain is pretty manageable now except when I cough and also when I sleep. I wake up in pain intense enough to keep me awake until I pop more meds and wait for them to kick in. I'm sooooo ready to not experience pain anymore, but I know it's all part of the process. I'm still so happy with my decision to go through with this and my results so far. The tape blisters I ended up with under my breasts have been surprisingly painful (especially the one that opened). I added some pics from today. I still have surgical tape that I haven't had the energy to really scrub off yet and disregard my awful granny panties ????

Another post op appointment this morning and still had too much fluid output to have a drain removed which is disappointing since I feel like the drains are the major part of my remaining discomfort at this point. I was all unwrapped for the first time this morning and started on arnica to hopefully help with bruising, swelling, and pain. I also developed tape blisters under my breasts which were oozing last night so glad there was not an infection and just removed the tape causing irritation. Overall I feel like I'm getting better each day which is encouraging as the first two days and nights were terrible. My husband is amazed at how well my stomach looks even with bruising and swelling so that makes me happy. Loving having boobs without an underwire or any padding. Also, I think I'm getting my period today which is kind of a nightmare.
