I was insecure since my teen years over this issue and finally opted to undergo the surgery. I feel much more confident now. The surgery was painless and quick.. noticeable difference right after I got home. Has been over 6 months and the results are incredible compared to the before pics. I highly the surgery and Dr. Margoles.

My outer thighs have always been disproportionately large despite diet and exercise. I'm 5'3", 135 lbs (after finally losing all the weight gained during pregnancies!) I had 2.5L total removed from the outer thigh area. Still very early days yet, but so far am pleased with the results. Looking forward to finally fitting into my clothes properly! I wish I had this Lipo done years ago!

11 days post op and It gets better everyday!!!!!!! Well I can't say enough about how happy I am with the results. Dr. Margoles technique is so good that I maybe lost 5% of the fat injected but I'm just guessing because it actually didn't even look like I lost anything at all. Well we decided that in order to get the shape I wanted we would have to go for a 2nd round. Iam so glad I did!!...

I had a double Mastectomy in October of 2010. Along with a Tram Flap reconstruction all in the same day. Upon finding out that I was diagnosed with stage 0-1 Ductal Carcinoma in Situ.
