Finally Losing the 20yr Old Saline Implants.

In 1996, less than a year after the birth of my 4th child, and months before my impending divorce, (it was an eventful year! ) I had breast augmentation surgery with Saline Implants placed beneath my pectoral muscles. At the time my breasts greatly resembled acorn squash, and were closer to my waist than to my shoulders, so I also had a Mastopexy lift with a Wise Pattern, (anchor incision)...

47 Years Old; Look 35; Trying to Keep It This Way! - Boulder, CO

My motivation is to stay competitive in the job market - age matters. With my glasses on, I look 32; and even under 30. My skin absolutely must stay telling this story. Seems to be working. It's costly, though, to go in every 3 mos! Dr. Kuisle does the right thing when the results aren't perfect: he sees it (at the followup) and fixes it without asking for more money.

Natural Looking is Possible with Implants

He has a reputation as an excellent reconstructive surgeon. He did cut the left nerve and the surgery took an hour longer and caused pain on and off for a year, but it is fine now. It was important to me that they look natural, which is his specialty, and as much as they can they do! Dr. Kuisle also specializes in breasts imbalances or distortions, I saw that in his photo book. He, like most doctors, barely explains anything. His bedside manner is a straight forward no nonsense get the job done type - not rude, just not very expressive. I always took a friend with me to exams (recommended if you can) and am so glad I did. Whoever I took also trusted Dr. Kuisle. There were 3 before visits, 4-6 follow up visits, and the price includes all meds AND a visit to a nutritionist including all of the natural remedies that she recommended. That was awesome! His staff is extremely kind and friendly. A nurse was assigned to stay with me before and after surgery just to BE with me. That felt so supportive and re-assuring.
