Superlative Results! - Waterloo, ON

Dr. Shenker and his team at the Cosmetic Surgery Clinic have a well deserved superlative reputation!Even patients with challenging conditions such as diabetes have realized amazing results. At my initial consult and in comparison to others, he was the most thorough and thoughtful which filled me with confidence. Despite having a very busy practice, he also accommodated my preferred date which I greatly appreciated. Prior to surgery I felt very well prepared through the efforts of Jenna, the lovely Office Co-ordinator, who went through every detail and answered all my questions. As a result of such a great orientation and knowing I was in the best hands, I felt no anxiety the day of surgery. That morning I was again assured of the professionalism of this entire team who were so efficient, warm and positive while prepping me, especially Nurses Angie and Emily. I awoke very gently feeling remarkably well and well cared for by the wonderful recovery nurse. The entire team came by to say everything had gone very well which was so reassuring and appreciated. Later that day, Dr. Shenker himself called personally to say everything had gone perfectly and to see how I was doing. I couldn't have asked for a better surgery and care! My post op care has been as positive and comforting. Since this team is so thorough, I have only had one question through the post op period, which was answered promptly and completely. As of now, I have met with Dr. Shenker and Nurse Lauren twice for a checkup two days post op and five days later for staple removal. Both appointments were very reassuring. Plus Lauren is one of those special people you bond with immediately. Two days from now, will be my 2 week check already! Not only am I just thrilled with my results, but I am so grateful for all the great care I have received. There is no other surgeon and team I can recommend so completely. As our community well knows, Dr. Shenker is simply a fabulous surgeon and a great humanitarian who has made significant voluntary contributions to many important causes for many years. He's a hero to so many!
