Very Good Experience. It Was my First Time Having Laser Treatment Ever.

I had spider veins on the side of my nose for the past 6 years and wanted them removed. Also I had a mole removed from the back of my neck just purely for cosmetic purposes. I merely wanted these procedures done because it was very visible as it is on my nose. I am enclosing my photo(this picture is however prior to my laser treatment) with makeup. I enjoyed my laser treatment experience...

Exceptional Medical Service!

Dr. Sapra and his team of nursing staff are beyond incredible; they embody the true meaning of 'exceptional medical service' standards! As a skin cancer patient, I have been offered the best treatments possible to resolve my condition with minimal invasion and maximum results. Being a double cancer survivor, I am accustomed to the extremely overwhelming feeling of having to make medical...

My Experience with Thermage

At almost 58, I was not enjoying the increase in wrinkles and crepey texture around my eyes. After a consult with Dr Sapra, I decided to move forward with Thermage. I generally don’t get nervous about procedures, however, as this was the eye area, I did have some anxiety on the day of treatment. Jennifer was wonderful! Her manner was very calming. I was able to self administer nitrous o...

Consultation review: doctor not the one that does the procedure

I paid for a consultation with Dr.Supra, and was told that the consultation fee could be deducted from the first treatment. However, they priced the first treatment at double the price of the subsequent treatments. For example, the consultation fee was about 150$. If the real cost of the treatment was 350$, they put the cost of the first treatment at 700$, so that even if I did deduct the...

Q: Will natural lip filler suit my face? (photos)
Answered by Dr. ZamaniJuly 27, 2020

A: Hello and thank you for submitting your photos. Fillers are a great option to achieve improvements in the lip. I would advise you to see an experienced practitioner with knowledge of anatomy and lip aesthetics for consultation and treatment. An experienced injector can deliver natural appearing optimization of your lips and results that are suited for your petite features.

Q: Is it possible to get filler on top of ear cartilage?
Answered by Dr. ZamaniJune 29, 2020

A: Hello. I would recommend waiting until 12 months after surgery before undergoing any revision/corrections until all swellings have settled and final results are apparent. At that point, small corrections can be considered with filler and/or nanofat grafting or in some cases the cartilage can be slightly shaved down with a needle depending on the correction required. I would advise following up with your surgeon and/or seeing a board-certified surgeon with expertise in rhinoplasty for consultation and treatment planning.

Q: Will Botox help me to achieve brow symmetry?
Answered by Dr. ZamaniJune 17, 2020

A: Hello. Yes, botox (or any neurotoxin) can be used to correct symmetry in the face, including the brow. It is important to see a knowledgeable plastic surgeon/ ENT/ dermatologist who has expert understanding of the muscles around the eye to selectively treat areas that will give you the intended results.

Q: Should I get non surgical or surgical rhinoplasty? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. ZamaniJune 11, 2020

A: Hello and thank you for your question. Given your photos and your goals (more refined rotated tip), I would recommend a surgical rhinoplasty. With a surgical approach, the dorsum or bridge of your nose can be corrected to smoothen out the hump and give a better contour both on front and side views. Surgically, the cartilages your nose can be contoured to give more refinement and definition to the tip of your nose. The results are permanent and require no upkeep. A non-surgical rhinoplasty with filler is limited: it can be used to camouflage the hump of your nose and to give more support to the base of the nose to turn up the tip slightly. However, remember that filler always adds volume and does not take it away. Therefore, it is not useful in refining a bulbous tip. Fillers are not permanent and require upkeep. I recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in consultation to further discuss your goals and treatment options.

Best Regards,

Dr. Zamani
