Jerome H. Liu, MD

Dr. Jerome Liu was absolutely amazing. I first saw him in 2020 for a consultation, but I was still a little hesitant at the time and decided to explore a few other options. Even after visiting other surgeons, I always remembered Dr. Liu — he was consistently kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Fast forward to 2025, after sitting with my decision for five years, I went back to him and finally decided to move forward. Dr. Liu listened to everything I wanted, and my outcome is exactly what I envisioned. I went with a 205cc Motiva Mini because I wanted a very natural look with just a little enhancement, and the results are truly everything I dreamed of. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend him to anyone considering surgery. Jerome Lui is truly the best!! I spent three years going to multiple consultations, and the moment I met with him, I knew he was the right fit for exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a natural-looking augmentation that would complement my active lifestyle, and he really understood that. What stood out most was how meticulous he was with his measurements—so much more detailed than any other surgeon I had seen. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the sizing would be perfectly balanced. For example, one side of my breast width measured just under 11 and the other side was right at 11. At other consults, surgeons would quickly place a tape measure on me and give me inconsistent numbers—one even told me I was over 12! Dr. Lui’s precision and patience gave me total confidence that he was doing it right. I also really appreciated how much he cared about health and safety. Initially, I asked about having the incision placed through the armpit, and he took the time to explain the increased risks associated with that approach. It was exactly the guidance I needed to make the safest choice. I love the coobie bra they give you. I bought so many bras but the bra they provided for me is my favorite. I am obsessed with my results. I am constantly touching them and looking at them! I’m in my early 30s now and I love my body. I feel “womanly” despite small breasts. I don’t think I was missing anything but I just wanted a little OOMPH. Not saying you have to wait for surgery but I feel like it takes time to make peace with any changes to your body. Also it takes a lot to entrust your body in someone else’s hands. I did research for years and kept tabs on surgeons I felt aligned with my goals. I personally only consulted with Dr. Jerome Liu. From the initial consultation, I felt like he understood what I wanted. I came with a bunch of questions prepared and he took time to answer each one. I’m about 3 weeks post-op and will update more along my healing journey! Updated on 2 Apr 2025: I’ve added a bunch of photos as an update Updated on 3 May 2025: Healing has been so easy! It was maybe slightly uncomfortable week 1 and 2 from the sutures. But from then on, I feel like they’re a part of me. My incisional scar perfect blends with my crease so it’s not very visible. I’m working on lightening it and using silicone scar sheets. I think the placement of the implants is perfect. I have a good amount of cleavage without a bra and even more so with one. I go back and forth whether I want to get them bigger but I do think they look perfectly natural for my body. Boob greed is real but it doesn’t mean bigger is better!! I was afraid that a highly cohesive implant would feel fake. But I personally can’t even feel the implant from my own tissue which is pretty cool. My natural breast was soft but had a firmness to it and the implants feel exactly like that :) overall so happy still and so glad I went with Dr. J Liu

I'm so glad I did because honestly I'm at a point where I love my body naturally (early 30s). I feel like a woman despite having small breasts. So when I decided to get implants, it was just because I wanted a little more OOMPH. Not because I feel like I was missing anything :) Not to say you should wait to feel this way but it was my personal decision to wait. I only consulted with Dr. Liu. I know girls tend to consult with many surgeons and I do recommend doing your due diligence, however, Dr. Liu checked all of my boxes. He met my standards in terms of professionalism, aesthetic eye, patient outcomes. So IMO, there wasn't a need to look elsewhere. His patient care coordinator, Noel also helped seal the deal with her professionalism and warmth. I'm so thankful to them both for answering all of my endless questions. Also, major shout out to patient care coordinator, Kelly, who also helped tremendously during the process. I never felt like my questions or requests were dismissed by Dr. Liu or his team. Dr Jerome H. Liu is an amazing natural doctor! When he asked me what I was looking for I said something to fit my body and for me to still be able to hide it. He suggested 285cc or 300cc(gummy bear)! I had said 300cc but I went home and did the rice in a sock method. Every night, I tried on both. I was a little more daring and tried on 330cc. I booked my surgery and I ask for them to be bigger. He said "how much bigger do you want them" and I said 330cc. He looked at me and he said “that's not much of a difference”. LOL He didn't allow me to go bigger than that because he would have to create a new crease. Something about the baseline of my original breast folds being the foundation to it holding in place. He had place the same size implants in both of my breast. I was a little worried that it was going to look uneven because my left side is a little lower and bigger. Other drs used different size implants to make them "look" even. I asked him why he doesn't do that either. Something about one being heavier than the other and over time one will get more saggy. After he explained his many reasoning of his technique i knew i was able to trust him not only with this surgery but with my life also! When I had woke up from surgery I looked down and thought “wow i should have gone bigger”. It’s so weird you think you’re going to wake up with these crazy huge boobs and you really don’t. All in all, yes i pushed to go a little bigger but it was my decision with his guidance! I’m extremely happy that i did go bigger because when they had dropped and fluffed they were exactly how i imagined them to be in my head. They look good in clothes and they still look big enough without clothes plus the placement of them makes them look even too! I went from a 32A to a 32D. Thanks Dr Liu I LOVE MY BOOBIES!

I wanted breast implants for about 10 years but was too scared of surgery and I could get the look I wanted generally with push up bras and padding but these bras are uncomfortable most the time and I was sick of doing this. I decided I was ready finally and had them done. I was nervous but really happy now that I did it. They are exactly the right size and shape for me. My recovery was about 5 days and I went under muscle but with medication and support from my partner I got through it. It will be a few months before they settle. I didnt ask for a specific CC amount but instead trusted the doctor to measure me, hear what I was looking for and then trusted his recommendation. I ended up with 285 cc and thats just right for my body and size. everyone is different Pros: I can wear comfortable bras with no padding and my clothes fit better now more confidence! my shape feels more proportional I can easily cover them up with a hoodie or t shirt because I got a size that will keep people guessing Cons: You should take time off work and there is going to be pain and discomfort. You need someone with you the first few days to help you do most everything these things don't come cheap but I feel like you get what you pay for and I felt very well taken care of and the surgery was done very well. No bruising, bleeding or anything abnormal after

I am a 65 year old woman who finally had a breast augmentation and I could not be happier. I am 6 days post op. Never needed any pain reliever stronger than extra strength Tylenol. Dr Lui was amazing. My post op is tomorrow but so far everything seems to be healing wonderfully. Updated on 19 Apr 2023: It’s been a little over 6 weeks and I am still loving my new girls. I dealt with pain a little longer than I expected but the pain is gone and I am back to doing upper body workouts (not doing planks or pushups yet). I was cleared for wearing any bra I want. Still waiting to go bra shopping for when they fully drop and fluff. Scars are fading nicely. Doing my daily exercises and find that they are getting much softer. It’s SO nice to chose any top in my closet and they look great. First time in my life I’ve had some cleavage and it feels great. I never realized how hard I worked to make my clothes look good and to make my upper body look proportionate to the rest of my body. Unfortunately, I am in two walking boots due two separate falsl and have broken bones in my feet. (It was interesting dealing with two broken feet and recovering from breast surgery at the same time - yikes). My workouts are done seated these days. Since my first injury, I’ve gained 10 pounds. It’s the first time I don’t really care. In the past, it was always a struggle to keep my belly flatter than my boobs LOL. Good luck to all of you on your decisions and your surgery if you proceed. I know some people think I should have gone larger but I got exactly what I wanted and I’m thrilled. You do you! Updated on 5 May 2023: I have received several messages about my BA that do not sound like legitimate women. I’ve send a message to the support desk this morning but was hoping for an immediate resolution. Have not heard back yet. Feeling violated. (For some reason the “flag as spam” Button won’t work).

This review is long overdue. I had breast augmentation with gummy and abdominoplasty with plication in 2018(ish). I was amazed (and still am) how little pain I experienced during recovery. I had a pain pump at first. Once it was removed I may have taken the prescription medication for a night or two. But then Tylenol was sufficient. I was initially shocked by the look of the incision when the abdominoplasty bandages were removed. Since then other physicians repeatedly remarked how "beautiful" my scar was. Now it is almost undetectable. I was also (strangely) concerned about getting a weird looking belly button but my new one is much cuter! I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Liu was a pleasure throughout the entire process. He is an artist. His staff is attentive and top notch. I have and will continue to go back for future care.
