Hello, After 7 years of constant research, saving and figuring out what I want for my self I finally did it all. I got a mommy makeover with lollipop lift, breast augmentation (615 cc HP), liposuction on my flanks, side boobs and my back. I am 5’ 6” and weight 199.6 lbs at the time of surgery. I haven’t weight myself since then because I am quite weak but I will once I start feeling more like myself. I found out about SD body contouring through my boyfriends mom who recently had a BA through them a few months ago. The first time I went there I was seen by his nurse named Sarah. She is such a bright and honest person when it comes to patients expectations. I was always checked in and speaking with someone within 10 minutes of walking into their door and offered beverages while I waited. When I had my pre op appointment with dr. Charles Sarosy he answered all of my questions in great detail and is definitely a man on his word. He also kept my boyfriend informed of everything he needs to know. I was given pain medication, Xanax, z-pack, arnica, biocorneum, ondansetron odt. The other things I bought were silicone sheets to help the scars heal easier on my breasts, stomach and bet button. I absolutely love that he has his own office in la mesa as well. Hospitals make my bf feel sick. I am now 4 days post op so I will continue to update with more pictures. I'd have to say that last night and tonight caused the most pain because of the swelling. I ended up loosening the garments and taking a short walk to the front door and then to the bathroom to clean up. After readjusting everything and taking my medication I started feeling much better. Once I'm allowed to take off my garments I will take pictures of the tummy tuck scars and any bruising.

I have been sleeping most of the time through this process. I woke up at 6 am to myself taking off my body garment because it was pinching too hard under my breasts. I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow to see how things are going. If I get to have my drains removed then I will be able to sleep in something more comfortable hopefully.

So far I’m healing perfectly and I will be able to get my drains taken out in 2 days and start my lymphatic massages. I’m on day 5 right now and only taking Tylenol every 6 hours and Xanax as needed. I’m loving my boobs and stomach so far. He did an amazing job with all of it. I will post more pictures when I take them. Please ignore the mirror. I don’t have the energy to clean it.

I was able to get my drains taken out yesterday. The first stung like crazy!!! Like the pain of getting your hoo ha waxed x7. I did scream and cuss for that one. The second drain barely felt like a little pinch. Thank god. I’m almost standing completely straight up but the swelling is preventing that last little bit.
I got a weeks worth of Oxycodone when I first got my surgery but because of the pain. Was doubling up and it lasted me 4 days. Those pills caused me to have terrible sleep paralysis so I’m glad that there gone. My pain has been a 2 out of 10 since day 4 and I’m using Tylenol every 4-6 hours. It was just hard getting used to sleeping on my back. I suggest asking your PS about a sleeping aid.
I had my first lymphatic massage yesterday as well. I highly recommend getting this done if you get a tummy tuck or lipo. I immediately felt a difference when I walked out of there. I stood taller and my swelling wasn’t as irritating. Do your research about it and find someone who has amazing reviews.
I’m loving my results so far. Only con is that my belly button is off centered but it doesn’t bother me at all. I’m still extremely swollen as you can see in the photos. My boyfriend is loving the results too. After I shower he does help me put on the liquid arnica around all bruised areas and helps me get back into my garment. Make sure you have your mental and physical support for at least a couple of weeks! Hope this helps some of you.

I’m starting to feel little zaps in my body from all of the nerves reconnecting. I’ve also been able to sit up slowly on my own since yesterday, so it was perfect timing since my boyfriend had to go back to work today. My left breast is dropping and fluffing a lot faster than my right breast. There’s about a one inch difference in their position. I bought my own waist trainer off of Amazon and it’s been the most comfortable out of all of the other ones I’ve tried. I will post pictures of it later tonight and a video of my breast with this post.

They are true to their size. I had a 38" waist and 44" hips when I ordered it last week because of my swelling. Today when I measured again I have a 41” around my hips and 35” around my waist. I'm wearing an xl right now but will order a large soon since my swelling is going down a lot.

I got my second lymphatic massage today. My tape was basically off of my stomach incision so she helped get it off completely. The numbness in my stomach is gone and now I can feel all of the little zaps from my nerves in my abdomen, breasts and back. There’s also been a constant tingling sensation like when your leg falls asleep. I was able to have Dr. Sarosy give me a prescription for gabapentin. I have taken this medication before and I absolutely love it. It also helps me sleep at night since I’m only allowed to lay on my back. I did make a post this morning about my waist being 35 inches but it is now 34 and my hips were 41 but are now 40. I drink plenty of water during the day and keep my faja on 24/7. These lymphatic massages are worth the money! Don’t be cheap.

I’m on day 15!!!! I’ve been standing up straight since Tuesday. My massage therapist calls me a unicorn because of how well I’m doing and my results. My waist is 31” and my hips are 39”. I go to get my lymphatic massages 3x a week and my scars are healing well. I’ve been afraid of taking off the tape from the breast lift, but will try to do it later tonight. I have been very light and healthy to get the best results possible so now I weigh 186. The implants I have weigh a little over 3 lbs each as well. With the faja that I ordered I’ve had to reorder it twice because of the drop in weight and swelling. I went from a 2xl to a large for now. Hopefully I can drop down to a medium soon!!! Earlier this week I did Have a little too much sodium and felt like I blew up like a balloon. The swelling added an inch to my hips and waist so you definitely need to be careful!!! That’s all I have for now

I’m loving everything more and more every day. I will be having revision for my dog ears in January at no extra cost so I’m stoked about that! I don’t have any more major scabs. Only small ones where there are stitches still healing. My starting weight was 200 I believe and now I’m down to 172.2! I’m using the silicone tape and biocorneum everyday as well. Hope this helps anyone that’s considering any of these surgeries.
