Finally Got my Breast Lift - I Couldn't Be Happier !

I got a breast lift with implants with dr. Sarosy at SD body Contouring on July 15th. I'm a young mom of 2 and have gone through weight loss and weight gain multiple times - even before kids. I have never been able to wear crop tops or backless tops even when I was in high school because my boobs were low...after losing weight this felt like the last thing I wanted to do for me !
Dr. sarosy and his staff made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation and surgery process and have even continued to answer any questions that I have had so far. I'm only 18 days post op but already amazed at the difference in my body and in my confidence. My boobs are still swollen at this point but they look so much better compared to before.
I cannot wait to get to the 6 week mark and see how my boobs look then in cute tops.
For reference: 415 ssf natrelle inspira implants in each side. 155 lbs... 5'9

Almost 4 weeks post op.
My incisions are healing nicely. Swelling has gone down significantly and im feeling a lot happier with how they look. They fit my torso a lot better now and I am just thrilled.
I feel like my breasts look symmetrical and nipples are starting to align- for the first couple of weeks one was higher due to swelling.

I went with 415 cc implants. Way too early to know my bra size but I'd imagine I'm a D - at least based on how they look now; maybe even a full c.

You said that your swelling has gone down? I feel completely swollen in my abdominal and chest area. Is there something you would recommend to help with swelling? Your progress makes me eager to see mine :)

I'll be honest with you - my swelling was also really bad. Up until now; I did not know if I liked my boobs because they were so swollen and far apart that I couldn't even stand up normally or close my arms.
Icing didn't seem to help that much for me. So; I just waited it out..... and tried my best not to look at them daily.
I'm sure yours will be beautiful:)

They are still getting better each day. One boob is dropping slightly quicker than the other but I don't know think it's really noticeable
Nipples still look like they need a few more weeks before they look fully attached but overall love my new boobs
