Perfect

These are my 5 month photos. Swelling seems to have subsided. So far, all is well.

I do have a grade II on my left breast, might do a revision, we will see. It’s not the end of the world at this point.

All is well. I have one stubborn spot but I’m hoping with some extra care it takes a turn for the better.

Generally I am not in any pain unless I move wrong with my upper muscles.

Low sodium, high protein and loads of veggies is best for recovery. Swelling is very much a real thing and still happening but I’m feeling much better. I’m happy with my results so far.

Sports bra shopping hasn’t been fun. So far I’m settling on Target Power Shape Max Support bras.

I’m in my 3rd Faja from the doc office. I have been cleared to remove coverings and also have had a marble placed in my BB during the day.
