This place is fantastic! I cannot even convey in words how super fantastic. I had a very scary lump appear right in the middle of my cheek. It kept growing quickly during the 4 weeks that I saw other doctors who didn’t know what it was or what to do. When I called Laser & Skin Surgery Center of Northern California they were so empathetic and got me in to see Dr. Hedayati the next day. He is so wonderful. He knew what to do right away, explained everything thoroughly, and my anxiety level went down 90%. The nurse medical assistant, Terry, is wonderful too. Both were so empathetic, communicative, knowledgeable and competent. I had been here a year and a half ago for a V-beam treatment and Megan and her assistant were fabulous too. This place is fabulous and you’d be nuts to go anywhere else.
New patient... I have been in the medical field on and off for about 10 years now, including working for two extremely prestigious Plastic Surgeons in the Washington DC metro area. (One of which came from North Hollywood). I was introduced to Botox at about 22 years old while working with these two Doctors and LOVED IT! OMG it’s amazing!As well as laser hair removal and CoolSculpting. Benefits of working with Plastic Sx... That being said my opinion is very hard to persuade, however the time the Doctor took with me and the sweet nurse definitely deserved my five stars. The front desk gal was awesome as well - you guys rock! I am most definitely referring everyone I know.Great experience all around and compared to the Doctor I saw last year (won’t mention names but the group is off University blvd...). I was a bit hesitant. But Dr. Silvia was just fantastic! Took her time answered all my questions and did an amazing job. So happy I found a great group to frequent, and I am looking forward to more amazing experiences in the future! Keep up the wonderful work you guys are worth the five stars!
The LSC is exemplary today and always has been, having been a client for more than 20 years. Dr. Kilmer is an artist, Dr. Kilmer's eye for aesthetics is Truly amazing! Dr. Kilmer and her assistant should be contestants on the World of Dance! They choreograph each treatment to get the best results possible. Highly recommend!
Dr. Kilmer has an incredibly professional and friendly staff who are laser focused (pun intended) on getting the best results yet they are always concencious of risks. I’ve had several laser treatments and all have been a wild success. I live in San Francisco but will always travel to Sacramento for my treatments, despite the long drive. THAT is how much I trust this team!
