Hi everyone! I am scheduled to get a full tummy tuck with circumferential thigh liposuction. I've always been a little bottom heavy with a very small waist. Within the last year I gained 20 pounds that will not budge and it all went straight to my stomach and thighs! I've been working out, eating healthy ect and it hasn't done a thing!!! So, after a lot of though and not wanting to starve...
Well... It's time for a little bit of me time. This is coming in the form of a much needed tummy tuck! I had my kids when I was younger and thought I could bounce back... While much of me did, my stomach certainly did not! My kids weren't exactly a walk in the park weighing 9lbs 14 oz and 10lbs 11oz. Back then I was thin as a rail and now looking back... I really should've taken better care of...

Dr. Payne is professional and a expert at what he does. I told him the look I wanted and had complete faith that he could make me look the best he could with my genetics. I love how honest he was and gave me real expectations based on my body type. I personally know 10 people that have gone to him and they have amazing results which Is why I chose him and trusted him. I've heard and seen nothing good about Payne. I definitely would recommend him to anyone.
I loved my dr , I went in so nervous and he took the time to answer all my question! He made me feel so much better after leaving he's office! I know I'm in good hand!

Highly recomend Dr.Payne. I am very pleased with my results. I hope to go back to him in a few years for a breast lift.
I am scheduled to have a mommy makeover with breast lift without implants in April 3, 2015. I have lost 30 lbs in the last 3 years. I am very active. Although I have lost the weight I still have a poochie tummy, that I can't seem to get rid of with exercise and diet. I have always been self conscious of my tummy. I never thought I would ever be considering plastic surgery, but here I am...

I'm 27 and I have one daughter! I am unhappy with my tummy area. I have decided I don't want anymore children so I am going to have a tummy tuck with Lipo. I am 4 weeks out and I am super nervous, anxious and excited all at once!!!! So it's nice to have a place like this to get to hear from other women :) So yesterday morning was the big day! I went in super early. I was calm but kinda...
