Pain..... What Pain? Other than some minor discomfort there was no substantial pain at all!!!!!
I had breast augmentation 4 days ago by Dr. Sinclair. Like most people I was concerned about post operative pain and discomfort. I read about what I might be able to do to reduce any discomfort as well as consulted with Dr. Sinclair. I read that the amount of pain can be dependent on the skill of the surgeon. I am super thrilled with my results! Alexander Sinclair is brilliant and very caring. I am a 50 year old transwoman. I had been on hormones 18 months at the time of the procedue. I chose 330cc natrelle smooth round silicone - moderate profile. I am now a 34D which I feel is a great size for my body. Im also an avid runner so this size isnt too large.

INCREDIBLE Results, Abrasive Personality
Three and a half of these stars are for Anita alone (she’s an absolute angel.) Dr. Sinclair gives does fantastic — absolutely FANTASTIC work — but he doesn’t have any amount of patience. He explains very little and asking questions is discouraged and makes him annoyed with you. The only complication I had was with my stitches not dissolving evenly. Very painful if he pulls them out at your post op check up a few weeks later, though it could just be him not caring. I

By far one of the best surgeon's in the world! On December 3rd I had my life changing gender confirmation surgery with Dr Alexander Sinclair. I am a male to female transgender and could not be more happier with the results. I had zero complications, no infections and my new female anatomy is absolutely beautiful. Dr Sinclair and his staff Anita and Claire are some of the most compassionate and understanding people and are out of this world. I wish i could give them 10 stars.
