I had breast augmentation 4 days ago by Dr. Sinclair. Like most people I was concerned about post operative pain and discomfort. I read about what I might be able to do to reduce any discomfort as well as consulted with Dr. Sinclair. I read that the amount of pain can be dependent on the skill of the surgeon. In my case I went up in breast size significantly so I was expecting pain. SUPRISE! Other than some minor discomfort there was no substantial pain at all!!!!! Dr Sinclair is amazing! I had a wonderful with Dr. Alexander's breast augmentation. The office was organized and seemed to genuinely care. My results far exceeded my hopes. As a transwoman this was my first major step in my journey, outside of being on HRT, and its been a huge boost to my confidence. Dr. Sinclair has a great bedside manner and made me feel very reassured. My breasts are 44 D and they are beautiful and symmetrical. Another transfriend went to him and had similar results. Choosing the right surgeon as a trasnwoman is a daunting task, Sinclair office will make you feel safe and secure. For reference I had a Lip Lift, Chin contour and implant, as well as a Breast Augmentation. Dr. Alexander Sinclair is one of the kindest most attentive surgeons I have ever met. I chose him specifically because of how much work he does for the trans community and I am so happy with my process and surgery. He listened to everything I had to say and took his time answering all my questions. I recommend him to anyone looking for an intelligent & meticulous surgeon. Anita is also AMAZING, can't tell you how much I adore her and my doctor both. Something to keep in mind while I was reading other reviews. It's important to have good chemistry and communication with your surgeon. I feel like both were always a priority with Dr. Sinclair so all I have to say are good things, everyone's experience is different.

I am super thrilled with my results! Alexander Sinclair is brilliant and very caring. I am a 50 year old transwoman. I had been on hormones 18 months at the time of the procedue. I chose 330cc natrelle smooth round silicone - moderate profile. I am now a 34D which I feel is a great size for my body. Im also an avid runner so this size isnt too large.

Three and a half of these stars are for Anita alone (she’s an absolute angel.) Dr. Sinclair gives does fantastic — absolutely FANTASTIC work — but he doesn’t have any amount of patience. He explains very little and asking questions is discouraged and makes him annoyed with you. The only complication I had was with my stitches not dissolving evenly. Very painful if he pulls them out at your post op check up a few weeks later, though it could just be him not caring. I was 5’2” 148 lbs at time of procedure.

By far one of the best surgeon's in the world! On December 3rd I had my life changing gender confirmation surgery with Dr Alexander Sinclair. I am a male to female transgender and could not be more happier with the results. I had zero complications, no infections and my new female anatomy is absolutely beautiful. Dr Sinclair and his staff Anita and Claire are some of the most compassionate and understanding people and are out of this world. I wish i could give them 10 stars.

Hi ladies my surgery is Friday at 8:30am lately I have been extremely happy and excited then I have been feeling so nervous and scared about anesthesia :( I have attached some pre-op photos. Having a boob job has always been something I’ve always wanted since freshman year in high school! I am happy that it is finally here! I will be getting 580 ultra HP under the muscle underneath incision Updated on 7 Dec 2018: Sitting here at work extremely nervous that in 24 hours I will have my dream boobs! I can’t get over the frightening thought of anesthesia and being put to sleep! I’m Not even worried about the after pain!! Updated on 22 Dec 2018: Surgery was a breeze and feel like such a sissy for be such a baby, I cried twice on the way over there than once there. Once I got there everything happened all so fast signed papers changed got my IV start they had me take a “cocktail” whatever was part of the 4 pills I took relaxed me, then the anesthesiologist came in introduced him self ensured me I would be ok, then my surgeon came in and marked me. Before I knew it I was off to OR I went it it was extremely cold in their he asked what did I want to listen too I said Ed Sharren and nextvthing I New I woke up in recovery. Recovery was challenging 1 because there was other people in there making Nouse and then the lights were so bright I was only able to keep 1 eye open for about 30 mins next thing I know they’re wheeling me out the door the car ride home was ok we stopped to get food I ate half in the car. Last night was ok until bout midnight. I woke up in excruciating pain I couldn’t move it wa so sharp and now I’m sitting her miserable :( oh yeah lastly I got 580 ultra high profile under the muscle Updated on 22 Dec 2018: What a experience everything is going great for the most part just nipple sensitivity and lots of itchiness on top of my breast! I am post op 14 days writing this review but I have attached PO day 10 pictures for you ladies to see! Updated on 29 Dec 2018: Ladies has anyone’s nipples leaked milk before? I noticed my nipples have been leaking since yesterday I thought it was odd but my PS said it was normal I’m just worried and it feels super weird to be honest! Updated on 26 Jan 2019: Today I am 7 weeks 1 day post op and I love everything about them. They are soft and fluffy they are still in dripping process but over all I love my decision! At times I feel they are small but this is the biggest that was able to fit in me. They are still high but dropping! Updated on 9 Mar 2019: Hi ladies I think I pulled a muscle in my left breast :( I have been working out and maybe I went a little to hard on my muscles. The pain has been sharp and feels almost like post op day 1-4 again and the pain is only in my left breast which is also my dominant side. His an amazing Dr. Very professional! Staff took care of me right away. Dr. Is a good listener and suggested what would go best on my type of face. Will definitely be back for high cheekbone filler and TT.
