WORTH IT
I had a wonderful with Dr. Alexander's breast augmentation. The office was organized and seemed to genuinely care. My results far exceeded my hopes. As a transwoman this was my first major step in my journey, outside of being on HRT, and its been a huge boost to my confidence. Dr. Sinclair has a great bedside manner and made me feel very reassured. My breasts are 44 D and they are beautiful and symmetrical. Another transfriend went to him and had similar results. Choosing the right surgeon as a trasnwoman is a daunting task, Sinclair office will make you feel safe and secure. I have written probably 2 reviews in my life but wanted to make sure my transistors find a good surgeon to feel secure with

I would love to see some pictures as I really want to do as you have. I know I never will but I want my breast so much bigger. I started getting breast at the age of around 10 and I'm almost a natural C cup now. I would love to have a complete sex change but being in my 60s it's to late to bother.
