Had this done with another procedure I was unhappy with my neck and jowl area. I was advised this would last 5 to 7 years. It lasted less than a year, and my band grew back. The doctor went in and threaded the band again but again it came back. For me, it was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this procedure.
Dr Moradzadeh is knowledgeable, kind and talented doctor. He is honest and skilled. I was very happy and would refer my friends and family to him. I saw doctor for a medical issue which other doctors could not diagnose correctly and he immediately found the root cause. I also asked him about spots on my face and since I have olive skin I was not comfortable with drastic treatment. He recommended a laser and it worked beautifully. I am glad to have found doctor Moradzadeh.
At the age of 61 I went in to see a recommended plastic surgeon (Arash Moradzadeh) in Beverly Hills for a consultation . I was not ready for a facelift but hoped he could recommend an alternative treatment with no scars and downtime . He suggested Face Tite in combination with three treatments of Fractora RF. Both combined treatments would gradually improve my jaw line plus the Fractora would help tighten while improving the quality of my skin. Day of treatment I took a prescribed pain pill and something to relax me. He administered a numbing cream . He did a pain block on my face and quite frankly I didn’t feel any discomfort. Face Tite is a one time procedure and he did both on the same day. I looked pretty red , blotchy and swollen for hat day and part of the next . I went to work on the third day and no one noticed I had anything done. He had told me that the changes wold come gradually building to peak in and around a ten month period. I had two more Fractora treatments each about a month apart. I had his done in March and around November my husband , friends & family kept telling how wonderful I looked. My husband often told me it was worth every penny. I feel like this is a good option for me.
I got my cellfina procedure yesterday and so far I am pleased. The procedure was quick and wasn't too painful. First the doctor marked all my dimples with a sharpie. I had not idea I had so many - 30 in all. After that I waited while the room was prepped. When it was ready I was sterilized on my butt and thighs and then laid face down on the table. The doctor used the cellfina device and went around the regions where I had dimples and injected 4 shots of local anesthesia in each area. The first prick of each region hurt the most and some areas were more painful than others. It wasn't fun but it also wasn't intolerable. Next, he used the same device to suction my dimpled areas and cut the bands under the skin. Some dimples were close together so they could be done at the same time. The cutting sounded like a saw. I tried to not think about that while it was happening because it was a little creepy. It was over so fast! It's hard to believe that so many women agonize over cellulite and the cure is so simple! I will say that I wasn't prepared for so much leakage after the procedure. When I stood up it started flowing down my legs. They told me it was the anesthetic fluid mixed with blood but it looked like blood. Gross!!!!! It was a few minutes before it stopped enough so I could pull up my spanx. As soon as I did the fluid seeped through them and I was all wet. Seriously gross. I asked for padding to stick down my shorts and we did the best we could to get the areas that were causing the most leakage. I wore a long black skirt and I think that was perfect for this. No one could tell I had anything going on beneath. They also gave me pads to sit on while driving home. Good thing because there was bloody fluid all over them when I got home (15 minutes away). I had no idea I would be leaking this much or that it would be so messy. I know some people stick sanitary napkins down their spanx but I have a bunch of puppy pads so I cut them up and stuck them down there and it really worked!!! I also sat on a puppy pad for the rest of the day and put one under me when I slept. I know that they say you can go about your business after the procedure but I wouldn't recommend it. You will be all leaky and wet and sore. I just wanted to chill. Unfortunately I had an appointment to go to but I cut it short and brought a folded dark colored blanket with me to sit on (I said I slid while hiking down a mountain and bruised my backside and the blanket would make sitting more comfortable). The truth is the blanket not only collected any leakage but it also made sitting more comfortable. I would not have wanted to go to a restaurant or do anything where I would need to use the bathroom because each time I pulled down my spanx the fluid started flowing. It got all over my toilet seat and my bathroom floor. By this morning I wasn't leaking anymore. Hallelujah! My procedure appointment was at 9am and I was walking to my car at 10:48am. I strongly suggest having at least two pairs of spanx so you can wear one while washing the other. You will want to wear spanx because of the soreness. It's hard for me to sit down and I squat over the toilet because it hurts so much to sit on it. I started taking medical grade arnica two nights before. My bruising is so light. The doctor said that I had the least amount of bruising during the procedure that he has seen. I don't know if it's because of the arnica or my diet or what. I'm happy though because he said the bruising can get pretty bad. In addition to the arnica tablets I am also using arnica gel. That seems to also help with the soreness. Normally I go on a strenuous 2 mile hike each morning and do about and hour of Pilates, but today I instead went on a four mile walk and no Pilates. It was fine to walk that far. In fact I feel perfectly fine except for when I sit down. As soon as I'm sitting I am fine - it's just the initial part of sitting on a surface that hurts because my butt is so tender. Of my 30 dimples treated, three were on the front of my right thigh, two were on the outside of my right thigh and three were one the outside of my left thigh. All the rest were in the back. I cannot recommend this procedure highly enough. If you are thinking about it then do it! Even though I'm sore right now and I have to curtail some of my exercise, I know it will be over soon and my backside will be smooth. I can already see a difference! Ask me any questions you want and I will continue to update! Updated on 28 Apr 2016: It's approximately 48 hours since the procedure and here are my pics. I am really happy with the results so far except for a big indentation on my outside right thigh. That doesn't seem to be smoothing out as well as the others but I'm sure I need to give it time. I can sit on the toilet (gently) today and I'm definitely feeling a lot less sore. I think by tomorrow I will be feeling really great! Updated on 28 Apr 2016:
A million stars for Dr. Morazadeh and his staff!!! Where do I begin.... Everything about him and his practice is refined, modern, and done with precision. First, his office is immaculate...not a speck of dust anywhere, super modern, and exquisite. There are no magazine in the waiting area because you will never wait more than 5 minutes. I've been there 5 times without waiting. You can tell that he takes time and pride in what he does just by walking into his office. He is an artist and a doctor. You never feel rushed and is never brief. He will sit with you until all your questions are answered. He even has email! I've been to other ENT offices that seem like a meat market assembly line. He really does everything to analyze your issue and deliver the best possible solutions and he implements them with expertise. The ladies that run the desk are supper friendly and know your name when you walk in or call. They will take the time to chat with you and explain whatever needs to be explained. My Issue: I came to him with sever sinus issues...deviated septum, swollen turbinates, massive polyp infestation. I couldn't breath through my nose. wasn't sleeping well, snoring, recurring sinus infections....etc. I always felt miserable and tired. I had surgery 5 years before to fix these issues with another dr.but things seemed to have not worked. My septum was still crooked. I wanted to have the surgery again and fix it once and for all. During the surgery-which was suppose to be 1.5 hours and ended up to take 3 hr because he took the extra time to do a few surprise things-he used a navigational CT scan to pinpoint certain spots, he doesn't use packing, and once he opened my nose he saw that i needed a different graft of some sort so he took the time to make one on the spot. A NOTE: the way they work with insurance was a bit different then what I am used to. So make sure you quadruple check everything before you move forward with anything. IE- He might be in network, but the surgery center might not. So call your insurance company 5 times and verify everything, then call the surgery center 3 times to confirm, then call the insurance company again with the exact codes to double confirm. Then call the girls up front twice to confirm everything your insurance company said. Also, they kept billing me as if I was out of network when I was in-network and it took a bit to stay on top of and fix. Otherwise, I would refer anyone with and ear, nose or throat to go see him!
I got lipo on my thighs 12 years ago. A few years later I noticed a cellulite looking appearance on the top of my thighs. I went to see a doctor about cellfina and he told me this wrinkling/crackling is from the lipo procedure. I have a friend who went to the same doctor for lipo and she has the same problem on her thighs. The rippling of the skin is more noticeable in some light more than others, but it's bad enough that I'm not comfortable wearing shorts or short skirts. It looks very unattractive. I did everything I could to get rid of it. I hike 4.5 miles a day and have done barre class almost every day for a year. I realized finally that there's nothing I can do to fix it so I'm hoping this works. Apparently the ultherapy takes a few months because it stimulates the collagen and those cells take 90 days to regenerate. So far I don't see any difference but it's only been a week. The procedure hurt only minimally and I only took ibuprofen. Some pulses were more painful than others, but in any case it was short and minimal. The next day I had slight tenderness and I had no redness or swelling after the procedure. I'll continue to update in case anyone else out there is having the same problem.
I got Juvederm and botox on the same day. Dr. Moradzadeh was so careful and really talked to me about the areas that I wanted or needed just a little filler. I asked him to go easy and it has been over a month and the results are fantastic. My face looks fresher and more youthful but you can't tell I had some filler. I am very pleased and will go back to Dr. Moradzadeh again for sure.
Dr. Moradzadeh is very careful, thorough, and does a great job so that the botox looks natural. I only wanted botox in my forehead and around my eyes, in the crows feet area. I wanted to be sure I could still move my forehead and face without looking glued. Dr. Moradzadeh did exactly what I asked. I waited over a month to write the review so I could continue to see the results, and I am very pleased with the results and Dr. Moradzadeh.
A very pleasant, smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. The surgery consultation kick-offs were brief but informative. Doctor Moradzadeh and his office staff, Michelle & Gabrielle, are exceptionally welcoming and competent. My surgery went smoothly, recovery period short, uneventful and relatively pain free - mild discomfort due to the internal nasal splints and the few stitches. Follow-up visits have been just fine. It has only been 5 months post-surgery - My nose looks quite similar to my original - the broken upper bridge required a cartilage graft which rebuilt that area and made it a much sturdier "structure" (I have always had flimsy bone cartilage that made it easy to crack & collapse when I accidently injured it 3 months earlier). My deviated septum has been nicely corrected - so far, my right nasal passageway is fully clear. Overall, reasonably happy with both results ~ The surgical center team, where the 2 hour operation took place in a very refined and state-of-the-art facility, were equally impressive ~ *Please note that because the doctor's office and the surgical center is located in Beverly Hills the costs are probably a good deal higher than in other locations. Do your research and make sure you have great insurance to cover most expenses as mine did. The total cost I reported includes the anesthesiology & facility use fee (the bulk of charges).
At the beginning of this year, I had a fractional laser that left me with the worst hyperpigmentation all over my face (think being mulled by a cat or a tiger). For years I've been coming to Dr.Moradzadeh for Botox and he has been the only one I trust since then to do it! He's amazing! Today I tried microneedling and he went super deep and I didn't feel a thing thanks to his incredible numbing cream! He is the only doctor I trust completely with my face. He is also very honest. He is very conservative with my Botox and does just enough for it to look natural! Love him!
To be properly evaluated, it's always best to see your treating physician as to which treatment is right for you, how much treatment you'll be having done, and how far you will be traveling after any given treatment. Most patients are driving themselves to and from the treatment since there is no sedation being used for the treatment. Though most patients are safe to travel longer distances as early as day or two after Cellfina treatment for example.

I find it most comforting that I can be accessible to my patients if they need me, and I find that most imperative within the first 48 hours after most treatments. Though the emergent risks following Cellfina are slim to none, despite best efforts, sometimes unforeseen events can occur (though rare). Waiting a minimum of at least 2-3 days before traveling is what I would recommend.
Yes. We can usually remove the keloid at the same time as the rhinoplasty. After surgery we would see you often to make sure no new keloids are forming and treat those with Kenalog injections and topical silicone scar gels if needed.
Insurance covers functional nasal surgery. This includes structural problems that cause problems breathing. It does not cover procedures to make the nose smaller in appearance.
