Little Bit of Lipo. We Shall See....
I have really hated this protruding pouch for a long time. In the pic I am actually at my hightest weight, but even at my lowest weight (think basically shredded) the pouch was smaller but there nonetheless. I tried CoolSculpting and it did basically f*ck all, so I opted for Lipo. I was super scared but an Ativan cut through some anxiety. It wasnt pleasant or comfortable but it definitely wasnt horrendous either. I had meditation music on which helped. I really like Dr DeHaas!
Height: 5'8" ---short waisted.
