Good Experience

I chose Dr. Yamahata for his experience and professionalism, and I am very happy with my results. He did an excellent job and provided thorough consultations, explaining every detail clearly and honestly. I felt well informed and confident going into surgery.

The front desk team was wonderful—friendly, supportive, and always willing to help.

Unfortunately, my experience with the patient coordinator was disappointing. After surgery, there was no follow-up or guidance. I had to coordinate my own post-op care and scheduling. Important post-operative information was never communicated, which was stressful after surgery.

Despite this issue, I am very satisfied with Dr. Yamahata’s work and would recommend him. With better post-op communication, this would easily be a 5-star experience.
