WORTH IT
Dr. Brown did an exquisite job removing my breast implants under local anaesthesia. I was so happy to finally to get them out! Dr. Brown was really helpful and answered all of my questions to prepare me for the big day. I was really impressed with the entire staff at the office. I felt so comfortable the entire time and really felt I was in good hands. The procedure went by so smoothly I didn’t feel a thing! I was really worried about the injection and thought it would hurt but I’ve had more pain at the dentist and the worst I’ve had to do was fill a cavity. I didn’t even take a sedative, I just made sure to take it easy afterwards. It’s been a few weeks and I feel great. My results are better than I ever expected. You can tell Dr. Brown not only has a lot of experience, but has a special gift when it comes to surgery. My stitches are so beautifully done and you can barely see them. ( My previous stitches were around my nipples and were a mess ( diff dr) ) I couldn’t be happier or asked for a better outcome. His nurse Tanya was great as well, so nice and helpful with everything. Also a big thanks to Lisa for being so nice and getting me in :) I’m so happy !!!!!

My implant surgery was very impulsive. I wasn’t healthy at the time. After sudden weight loss I wanted something to fill out my loose skin. I wanted a natural look- to be where I used to. At the consult we decided on 310cc but the day of the surgery I questioned whether it was big enough to fill out my loose skin. I was given 375cc as an option and rushed to decide. So, I went with the 375 and woke up devastated. They were MASSIVE. on a 100 lb body they looked ridiculous. I should have given it more thought. 7 years later Im healthy again and was sick of carrying these big balloons. I finally got the courage to take them out after seeing RealSelf reviews. And realized maybe getting a lift isn’t that necessary. I’m happy with my results. Even though The sagging is worse . I don’t mind it. I like Being myself again. I also feel they’re improving week by week :)

No I did not. They will only remove the implant under local if there is no capsular contracture. Otherwise you have to do general anaesthesia.
