I had a mommy makeover i got a breast lift with 400cc teardrop implant, a circular tummy tuck with muscle repair, pubic lift, and lipo on my stomach, sides and back, I got fat transfer to my buttock for a lift
I went with a great doctor in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. Dr Víctor Ramírez performed the breast augmentation on me. I had it done because he had a special going on for $2,799 until the end of the month. He is really nice, love him and his work. I got 500cc extra high profile EuroSilicone implants over the muscle. Hoping to end with at least a dd size. After the breast augmentation I had no pain at all, I haven't had any pain since then. Everything is going great. I do recommend Dr. victor Ramirez to anyone looking for a doctor in Mexicali. Excited to see end results! Will go to him for any other procedure I need or want done! Updated on 8 Dec 2016: Just went in on the 7 of December for follow up. My doctor said I won't be needing tape anymore. Here is how my scars looks so far
Hi to all my lovely SisStars!. I am two weeks from my surgery and wanted to share my story hoping that it will inspire someone as so many have inspired me on this site. I am 43, years and have no children (all though getting the "mommy makeover"..lol) I had struggled with my weight all of my life and in 1995 my highest weight was 318lbs. I lost down to 190lbs on my own with diet and excercise (I am 5'9' tall) I maintained really well and yo-yoed a back and forth between 190-240 from 1995-2011 when I decided to go to TJ Mexico and have the VSG surgery. The day of surgery I was 240 and I am currently 170. So having that VSG surgery was a great and awesome experience. I am now ready to bring it all the way home by getting a tummy tuck, breast lift (no implants) lipo with fat transfer to butt. I have chosen to back to Mexico because I had such a great experience the first time. I have also opted (like many others) to have this surgery done all at once. I feel comfortable and know someone personally who has done it with no problems. I plan to go back 6 months later and get a thigh lift and that will be it. I can honestly say I am doing this for me. I wanted my outer body to match my inner confidence and love for myself. I am very excited and have many different emotions flowing through me as I count down to March 1st. I want to thank all those who have shared their stories unselfishly to help those of us on the brink. I will post pictures and keep everyone posted. Positive healing energy to all on this journey! We deserve to be the best "us" we can be! Updated on 3 Mar 2013: Had to postphone surgery until breast biopsy results come back. Shooting for 3-15-13. Will keep everyone posted. Thank you for your positive energy. .healing to all on thi journey! Updated on 12 Mar 2013: Had to wait for breast biopsy results before having breast lift. Non-cancerous very small (15cm) lump. I am having the small lump removed during my lift. Rescheduled for 3-20. Thank you for all the love from my surgery sisters! Peace and blessings to all on this journey. More to come! Updated on 19 Mar 2013: Tomorrow is my surgery date 3-20. I have so many mixed emotions but I am over all at peace. Did anybody out there ask themselves at the last minute "why am I about to spend this money on removing some skin" lol. I guess all of that is normal huh? Well ladies, I look forward to greeting you all on the "flat side" sending out healing energy to all on this journey and receiving it from you all! Updated on 20 Mar 2013: "I'm on the flat side" I'm on the flat side" Well surgery sisters, I did it. I got my tummy tuck, breast lift, tummy tuck and lipo with fat transfer to butt. I feel fine so far and this is about a few hours after surgery. I do feel sore but no pain per se. Haven't seen anything on my body yet. I'm very anxious of course. I will update very soon. Healing energy to all! Updated on 21 Mar 2013: Hello...Surgery Sisters! Well I made it to the flat side...Yay, Ya y! It is so funny that when they came to get me from my room to go to the operating room that is when it all hit me. I started to get a little scared. I said myself "to hell with these saggy [RS bleep], I'm in Mexico so I have a Margarita instead of the surgery" lmbo. It is about maybes 4-6 hrs or so post up. Not really sure because they keeps you back in intensive care for a few hrs. Honesty lady I havent experienced any pain (I had a full tummy witj muscle repair, a breast lift without implants, and liposuction with fat transfer to butt. What I do feel is tightness all around my abdomen. I feel nothing in my breast. I haven't gotten up to walk yet though. Here they put a cathader in for urinating and put pumps on your legs that keep pumping them every 2-3 minutes or so. They don't me to walk until tomorrow. Honestly gas I feel fine. I'm up in the middle of the night dont feel drowsy at all. I'm wide awake and my mom who is here with me is like will you shut the hell up because I am sleepy (LMBO) so I decided to get on here and leave her be. The only on thing is I am thirstier than an escaped prisnor on the run or something (lol) they went let me drink until 6 am. Can't say anything about results obviously because overall seen nothing. I just wanted to let you ladies who where wondering. So far the pain is minimal to none and no there is no pain pump. I am still in the hospital. So I also like to encourage on the bench waiting for their time to go. A word of advice..think about only the results you wish to achieve. I wrote down everything that I desired to happen to me for this surgery ( like successful surgery without I incident, no to little pain, speedy recovery, etc) that is what I did. You can keep it, burn the piece of paper up or whatever your heart leads you and so far I haven't felt anything that I would even bother to take an advil for. Keep in mind I'm still in the hospital where they give you meds through your IV. But I dont get the next until 2am they give it every 6 hrs. Thanks for all positive energy from all this journey. Keep your head to the sky. More updates to come! MMMMUAH ???? Updated on 21 Mar 2013: 1 day post op surgery was 3-20-13. The nurses just tried to get me up out of bed for a dressing change. .Wow, is all I can say. I was nervous to stand because while they were getting me out everything felt so stiff. So when I finally able to stand (very bended at the waist) they helped me raise up a little more. I felt like the tin man from the wizzard of oz..lol inching up a little at a time. That is when I started to feel really "wierd" I don't know if anyone has ever fainted in their lives, but it's a weird and scary feeling. I didn't actually faint but I was on the brink of it. I broke out in a sweat and was really disoriented. They had to sit me back down. Within 3 minutes I was fine. They decided to wait a few minutes and we will try again shortly. Did this happen to anybody? I'm so ready to walk now. I know what to expect so when they come back to lift me this time I'm ready. It's really true what everyone has said that when you're trying to stand straight up it's a weird sensation like your abdomen is literally stretching, but I know have work you're way to standing little by little daily. I am feeling my body slow come back to sensation. At first I could not feel anything in my breast, but now I feel a stiffness in my breast and more and more tingling sensations and tightness in my abdomen. When I stood up that was the first time that I feel the tightness in my behind. By the way they could only harvest 800 cc'd of fat from my back, love handles etc. hHedid not lipo my thighs for some reason ( I know he could have gotten plenty more there. .lol) I'm coming back for a fthigh lift in 6 months anyway so know bigge. So with the 800 cc's he could get from my back he put 4 in each cheek. I can live with that. So I will be attempting to stand and let the nurses change my bandages soon. I think I have it this time, I know what to expect. Looking forward to getting better each day. Oh, by the way, I had said I didn't have a pain pump & I don't but I did have a epidural in my spine that had medicine coming from a small "ball" that looks similar to a drain.Just wwalked but had to sit down again. Got really dizzy again. I feel fine once I sit back down. I got my dressings changed (pretty graphic with all the blood) the stiffness is something else. When trying to walk. From what I've seen of my breast I like the elevation. I'll post the pics now. Please keeps me in your positive thoughts and prayers. .love to all on this journey. Updated on 22 Mar 2013: Well..I am two days PO and feeling actually well. I haven't felt any real intense pain just sore (like I was in a fight with Mike Tyson) but every second gets better. The roughest was night one after surgery. I almost fainted twice while trying to walk. I guess a lot of things could have contributed to it. I hadn't really eaten and just the impact of it all. Overall the experience hasn't been super bad. I haven't ever seen a bell button pulled in like mine. I know everybody shape and all is different but I haven't seen any that look how mine looks. Tomorrow at 3 days PO I will be putting on my garment. They have just had me tightly wrapped in bandages. Happy healing to all on this journey. It feels so good to be on the other side. More to come! Updated on 23 Mar 2013: I had my garment put on today at 3days PO. It was a little challenging to get on, but it actually feels good on. Feeling a lot better today. Every second gets easier. I'm just concentrating on healing, staying at peace, being patient and allowing nature to do what she does. Not giving in to fear or any sort of negative energy. Life is a journey not a destination. The hardest part so far for me is not being able to jump up move like i want to. I told myself that after I'm able to walk straight, I will never slouch again. Something as simple as walking upright is such a blessing. Healing energy to all on the path to a better you. I posted pics of me in compression garment. Updated on 25 Mar 2013: 5 days post op and feeling well. I walked to the restaurant today for breakfast & dinner. Just sticking to lean protein and veggies. Actually the pain is very minimal most coming from my back from walking slightly hunched. I am walking about 90% straight. Seen the Dr. today and he said everything is normal. Just a lot of swelling. The lipo is a beast my whole back was lipoed and man is it sore. I've taken two showers and had a BM yesterday Overall this procedure is very doable. I like to say "you have to go through it, to get to it Right now my journey is about patience. Can't wait to dance again...lol. Happy healing to all on this journey! Updated on 28 Mar 2013: I am 8 days PO and feeling great. The biggest complaint is not pain, but being stiff and sore from the lipo of my entire back. I am standing 90% up right and still sleeping propped up. I feel 100% better since I am home in my own bed and environment. I love the way my breast lift looks. I mean they look 30 years younger. Can't wait until the swelling goes down to see how everything really looks. With this journey patience and time is your friend. Happy healing to all on this journey. So far it is worth it to me. Go for it and do it for yourself. Updated on 1 Apr 2013: 12 days PO from mommy makeover on 3-20-13. I feel great really good. To be honest the only "pain" is from my lower back. because I haven't been able to stand up straight yet. I am about 98% there but that 2% really aches when standing for a while. Other than that the breast lift has been the least painful of all the procedures. The incision from the tummy tuck itself is not painful. The lipo of my back is still extremely sore to touch and my tummy is very swollen. The bordem and not being able to get out and really enjoy the warm weather that is approaching is probably the worst of it all. My breast are the only things that I see "immediate" results on. OMG I have tried on several halter tops with out a bra and the girls are sitting up at attention (lol) I love that. The rest of me is so swollen that I don't even really look at it for now. This is such a blessing to be able to have this surgery as many only dream of this. I am humbled and grateful to have this experience and will be patient with my body as it heals itself. Happy healing to all on this beautiful journey back to ourselves! Updated on 29 Apr 2013: Going into my 6wks post op. Very happy with results so far. Although I am still very swollen, I have been fitting into all of my clothes since 3wks post op. This is definitely worth it to me. Can't wait to see how everything looks at 3 months. I am pretty much back to normal. I am walking for exercise and pretty much doing everything I was before surgery. I haven't done any heavy lifting or ab work etc. But feeling very good and positive about my early results. Would definitely do it again. I have posted updated pics.
Finally! First vertical sleeve for weight loss, then mommy makeover ( tummy tuck, lift & implants, fat transfer to butt), and finally almost 2.5 years later my arm lift. My arm lift was performed yesterday at 11:00 a.m. It was performed in the doctors office. I was taken into a room where i removed only my top and bra, i was able to leave on my pants and shoes. A nurse put in the IV and then we walked over to the operation room. The doctor, nurse and an anesthesiologist were there. At first I felt a little out of it, and I think i past out for a bit, but I remember waking up when the doctor was putting the stitches on my first arm. From there on, I was awake the whole time with no pain. I did feel the pulling of my skin but with no discomfort. Once the doctor was done, the nurse put bandages on my whole arm although the cut is right above the elbow. Since I live within 30 minutes of the doctors office I was released immediately. I walked out of the clinic without any resting time before. As soon as i got home i slept for about 4 hours without taking any medication. I was prescribed a pain killer, anti-inflammatory, and antibiotic. My first night I woke up every 3 hours. This morning I feel rested and in not so much pain, it feels more like an itch in y incision and i can't scratch. I have a very small spot of blood on my left arm bandage and that is from yesterday. My hands feel swollen, at first it was both hands, then just the right hand, and now its only the left hand. I was told i could take a shower today. I am curious to see how incision looks. Updated on 3 Mar 2016: Went for my 7 day check up. The doctor removed replaced the tape and prescribed more meds for the swelling and antibiotic. My arm lift was performed last thursday and that saturday was the last day i took any pain meds. There's a lost of itchiness and discomfort, specially in the left arm pit. The compression garment is very uncomfortable but have to use it. At night time i feel better using bandages. Updated on 15 Mar 2016: Ok, just sharing some pics here. I love that the scar didn't stretch. Its just a very thin line. The doctor told me i could massage my arms so I've been putting aloe vera gel and massaging them for a few minutes. The aloe vera is cool, so it helps with the little bit of itchiness I still had.
Has anyone gotten work done by Dr. Victor Ramirez in Mexicali? I have a second consultation with him this Saturday since I still have a few questions that I have to ask him and I will also be getting my surgery date. I want to know if anyone has gotten butt implants with him. I'm a lil nervous since it's in mexico.
