I'm watching a documentary from Australia on 7 News Spotlight about this Doctor, that says he has been charged with murder and killed three women within a year and mutilated several others. They are saying they stopped him from being able to perform surgery. Is this the same doctor? Victor Ramirez is his name in this show about this 29 year old girl that they said he killed by stabbing the cannula in her lungs 5 times.
