3 months post (round 2)
hellochicken17March 21, 2021
I cannot believe it has already been 3 months, but somehow it has. Nothing major to report here. I feel like my size has been the same since about the 8 week mark, I'm measuring a full A / small B depending on the bra or time of the month. Which I am absolutely thrilled with! I put a before picture in to remind myself where I started (nothing but nipples and ribs). So all things considered, I am SO happy I chose BFT. These are the results I was shooting for! I got natural breasts that do not look like I made a huge change to my body, and I no longer have to wear a padded bra to feel more feminine!
My lipo sites are healing, still get some swelling in the knees if I get hot or do more physical activity, and I'm just ever so slightly numb in that area. One knee has a slight indent only at the end of the day where lipo was done, but mostly only noticable if I'm swollen, so I'm hoping to see a more final picture of how the lipo sites heals at 6 months post op. Scars are healing and are very minimal, he placed them so nicely that you'll never see them when wearing bikini bottoms anyway.
All in all I am very happy with my decision, and Dr. Connall's skills!
I'll try to post at 6 months as well :)

2.5 week follow-up (round 2)
hellochicken17January 26, 2021
I had my follow up with Dr. Connell today and things are looking good! He of course cautioned me to not get too attached to their current size, as there is likely a little swelling still. But I am so happy with how things are settling! They are feeling much softer and more natural than a week ago when they were more swollen.
My legs are feeling good, my knees/thighs do still swell some by the end of the day if I do a lot of standing or moving about.
I was also given the go-ahead to do light exercise at the 3 week mark.
So far I'm still very happy with my choice to do BFT. Not having to wear a padded bra to make it look like I have boobs of any sort has been the best feeling!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! I hope you will have a high fat retention.
I am also considering getting a fat transfer as well, but I have some concerns about lumps. I was wondering if you had you have any issue like that? Or did you get a mammogram for some check?

Thanks! I hope so too! :) I have no lumps at this point in time, both breasts feel soft like normal breast tissue. I had a mammogram before the procedure. And I do believe my PS wants a mammogram at some point post-op but I'm not sure how far out.

Thank you for your answer. I am so happy to hear that! You really seem to have great results. Hopefully, you will keep them all

Thanks for sharing your experience. You look great! As I understand, the best possible outcome is to approximately double your size with each transfer and it looks like you will be pretty close to that.

1 week post-op (round 2)
hellochicken17January 15, 2021
Well I made it a week, and I'm literally in shock about the volume I have. Still fully aware they will go down in size some, but I am so happy I did this in 2 steps, and very impressed with Dr. Connall's skills. If you look back, I literally had nothing but nipples people. I can't belive I have boobs now, and they're my own fat!
My flanks are pretty sore still, inner knees only slightly, and I'm only taking Tylenol for that. But I'm so happy that I'm not as swollen and uncomfortable as I was from the inner thigh lipo. I'm wearing normal yoga pants now, high waisted ones feel the best on my flanks. And I try to go braless as much as possible to avoid constriction, otherwise I have a pretty loose bralette.
I have another follow up at 2.5 weeks post-op with Dr. Connell, until then I will baby these babies :)

Hi!
I too am very flat chested so I feel your pain and can only imagine your pleasure now that you’ve got boobs! I’m also looking into BFT as I’m a little nervous about BII.
You said you paid $6700... was that just for round one? So you had to pay again for round 2? Can I ask your height and weight? (Sorry if that info is already posted in here somewhere)
I’m so happy for you, btw. I’m 51 and have been wanting boobs since I was 17. It’s really affected who I am today. I’ve waited too long

Hello! That's ok, I don't know where I posted that specific info either. I'm 35, 5'6" and was 135lb going into the first surgery, managed to gain 5lb for the second surgery to try and get as much fat as possible.
Yes, I had to pay again but was given a slight discount for repeat patient. In total I believe it was over $11k. Yes, it's a lot of money! I too did a lot of research and the risk of BII just didn't seem worth it to me, plus I was truly wanting a very natural result which I felt BFT would achieve. I am 100% happy with my decision at this point, even though time will only tell what the end result will truly be.
Good luck with your process, whatever that may be!

Yes thanks! I’m going in for a consult at the end of March. I know I’m going to do this though and I expect it to cost at least 10k (Canadian). I’ve been waiting for this for my whole adult life. Now that I’m over 50, I think it’s time to get what I want. :D
One other factor for BFT for me is a natural feel (as well as appearance).
I don’t plan on going a lot bigger... just enough to shop for a bathing suit or lingerie without being embarrassed that nothing fits. I don’t want to think about how a top might hang on me anymore.
I forgot to mention that your surgery results look great! How do they feel? Like, how do they feel inside and out? I guess it’s still a little soon. I’m glad to hear you’re 100% happy. I’m happy for you.

Good for you! I would say the biggest thing for those of us starting off very flat chested, is making sure the surgeon is knowledgeable about that. I've seen reviews on here where they put as much fat as they could in the first time, and then a lot of the fat dies. The way it was explained to me is that doing it in multiple stages gives the breast tissue a foundation for the fat to build off of the second time.
For this first week I have felt engorged, like when breast feeding. They feel like they are still slightly swollen, but are relatively soft and movable to the touch. (Is that what you were asking? Haha)
My experience the first time around is that at about the month mark they feel much softer.

Haha! Yes, that’s exactly what I was asking. I was told that breast implants don’t feel real and they don’t move naturally so I don’t want anybody to ever touch me or look at me and think… Oh yeah, those are fake.
I appreciate your information very much! I don’t wanna go into this uninformed. And the more information I have when I see the surgeon, the better.
If there’s anything else you think I should know, I’m all ears! Ha ha! Even things you just noticed along the way. Every little thing you experience is incredibly helpful so I hope you keep posting updates on here. I’ll keep reading

I too had not found many before photos that were as small as I was, so I felt like I was definitely taking a risk. So my first lipo of the inner thighs was definitely the worst of the 2 experiences, but not unbearable. I had swelling for the first couple weeks and was pretty sore. But after 2 weeks the discomfort definitely subsided and I could resume most normal activity. From reading other reviews, I think everyone is so different with how they recover from lipo too, so it is hard to say what your recovery will be like I suppose. Now that I am a solid 6 months past the inner thigh lipo, I have zero discomfort in those areas and it is all just a distant memory :) I'm excited for you, and hope you actually get relief from removing your implants... that would be a bonus in itself!
I was wondering if you could tell me your height and weight before your surgery. I went for my consult a couple of weeks ago and I guess I’m not a candidate for BFT. The doctor here in Canada said that he couldn’t find enough fat on me without going to numerous Lipo sites and then he said liposuctioning my “saddlebags” (which is what they’re technically called) would very likely leave ripples.
I’m 5’8” and weight 135-140lbs.
I’m so sad. I really wanted natural but may now consider implants.
