Dr. Connall was such an amazing choice for this procedure! My friend who is in sales in the cosmetic industry said he is the "go to" doctor for fat transfer. I had an explant 1 year prior and was really happy with the result but my right breast had a little adhesion I wasn't super excited about. Dr. C said I didn't have enough fat on my stomach for it to be my only donor site (I wanted my stomach fat gone) and so he took most of it from my flanks (love handles) and outer thigh as well. He said if he took too much from my stomach it would be lumpy and he just wouldn't compromise the look of the donor site (He said he cares just as much about the donor site results as the breasts). He said I should retain about 1/2 of what he put in. I mostly just wanted to have a nice smooth contour of under-boob and side-boob and middle boob where I had some areas that weren't SUPER smooth, but they honestly weren't bad for the most part. The staff were wonderful (especially Cortney and the anesthesiologist Dan). Dr. C was super positive and excited for me going into surgery and the last thing I remember is him gently rubbing my forearm as I fell to sleep. Couldn't say more great things about this doctor and his office! You can see my other post of the explant details as well if you are interested.

Everything is going well! Had my three month postop this last week and my doctor said I am about at the cup size I will be. Went from a small aid to a small C. The tummy tuck is slow going but progressing! Apparently it can take up to a year to get all of the lymphatic drainage established so I do still have swelling in my entire stomach area though it doesn’t really look like it from the picture. Overall, super happy, can’t wait for the rest of this swelling to go down though.

Yes!! Very much so!! The 2nd round was a game changer for getting volume back.

You look wonderful! I had an explant 15 years ago and then fat transfer 9 years ago. This Wednesday, 26 Feb 25, I will be getting a tummy tuck (no muscle repair needed) and "recycling" my fat to my breasts again. I've heard that a 2nd round makes all the difference. They are okay the way they are but why waste the fat...lol. I am so very very nervous but very much looking forward to the end result. :-)
