Dr. Wang was amazing and his staff at the Upland office is great. From my first consultation, everyone made me feel very comfortable and they all took the time to explain every part of the surgery process. Special shout-out to Lisa for always being so sweet at every one of my appointments. I am so happy with my results and I would recommend Dr. Wang to anyone interested in a breast aug.
Dr. Wang is amazing! I’ve gone to him for multiple procedures and have been 100% satisfied with them all. He really listens to his patients and understands their needs. At the end of the day, he just wants us to be happy with our results and gives you his entire attention at his appointments. He has taken great care of me and I will always be grateful to him. All of his staff are just the nicest people and genuinely care. All of them have gone above and beyond and you can tell they are happy at their jobs. It’s take a good employer to have happy employees and it shows he takes care of them as much as he takes care of his patients. Dr. Wang is a master of his craft and I couldn’t recommend him more. Updated on 18 Dec 2022: Dr. Wang and all of his staff are amazing. I always feel comfortable and never feel rushed for any of my appointments. Dr. Wang is thorough and a master of his craft. I love all the work he has done on me and will continue to come to him. The staff are all amazing. Every single one of them are super helpful, genuinely nice people, and very welcoming. My consultant Nicole has been amazing for the entire process. I probably had 100 questions and she always made herself available and put me at ease. Working with her is like working with a friend. She cares and just wants you to be happy. The nurses and anesthesiologist are also amazing and just great people. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I know I am in good hands with Dr.wang and his staff.
I came to Dr. Wang after starting to get going in the right direction. I had lost about 20 lb's, but I was a long way from an ideal weight and my body was unrecognizable to me. I went from 258 lbs on my worst day down to about 240 lbs. At that point, I decided it was time to start talking to doctors. I chose Dr. Wang, and I have been very pleased with the results. The staff has been great with follow-up post-surgery and with reminders of upcoming appointments. I've been satisfied with every aspect of my experience.
Dr. Wang did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted, he is very patient and professional, his staffs are also very nice and polite. Strongly recommend Dr. Wang and his team to anyone who wants to make their life better. He is the best!
I found Dr Wang online. My first call to his office had me hooked. His staff were all warm and friendly which made me comfortable. Upon meeting doctor, I realized that they all have the same demeanor. Just super sweet and reassuring. Considering I am plus sized, he was able to give me his honest feedback and did not make me feel self conscious. Takes his time to answer all questions no matter how silly they are. Procedure was done and I was amazed at the constant follow up he did which was all included in the price. No additional payments for office visits! I am now scheduling my next procedure and look forward to out next consult!
Dr. Wang, is the simply the best. Very knowledgeable and professional. Lisa and Adriana were also very professional and caring, they actually took the time to explain everything in detail. I definitely recommend Dr. Wang’s upland office.
Dr. Wang did excellent work on my cheek. Due to a melanoma diagnosis, he took 2 biopsies and surgically closed it up with his experience and skill. 6 months later and no visible scar. The staff are professional and friendly and answered all my questions.

So I decided to get a boob job after my engagements. I’ve always wanted a fuller chest size to fill out clothes and finally got around to deciding to just go for it. I was about a 34A-B. So far I’m about 4 days post op and pleased with the results. I went with the Natrelle Inspira 365cc, smooth, round, full profile. They were placed submuscular with inframmamary incision. On my first consult, I was pretty decided on only going with about 300ccs. However, a review that I read on RealSelf seemed to really stick with me and it said it might be a good idea add about 50ccs to not lose any size of the implant behind the muscle. On the days before my pre-op, I kept debating whether I should go bigger and on my pre-op meeting I wanted to see what my body would look like with a bigger implant. They let me do a Vectra image between sizes of the implant, which really helped my decision a lot. I then was able to go with the bigger implant choice at 365cc, full profile. My docs office even helped put my mind at ease since they even said that most people wish they went bigger after a breast aug. So I thought I was doing myself a favor and covering my bases there. On operation day, I was pretty nervous. The week before I had been really excited, but the nerves didn’t really hit me until op day. But before I knew it, I was hooked up onto my IV and put out with the anesthesia. 2 hours later I woke up in post op with some soreness and looked down to my new boobs. I didn’t feel much pain, but I was given some pain meds before discharge and took Tylenol 3 every 4 hours. When I did feel pain, it was mostly from pain from soreness and trying to lift myself up. My fiancé had to lift myself up when I needed to get up, as I really couldn’t get up on my own. Other than that, I was able to sleep on my back and didn’t have much complaints on that day. I regained my appetite, but stuck to non-solid foods. On my post op day 1, i had my first post-op appointment. The doc took out my stitching and put in the steristrips. Said I could start showering the next day. I felt soreness and some pain, but just made sure to take the tylenol 3. I felt the classic “elephant on the chest” feeling sometime at night around the time I was due for pain meds, but went away shortly after. At times, I did feel shortness of breath, but also went away after a few minutes. I was even able to go out for a few hours for a bit that night. Day by day the soreness seems to get better. I’ve been wearing my sports bra and compression band daily. Right now, I’m still getting used to the new boobs. At times feel they are a bit big, but I know I need to wait until they fully heal from swelling to see the results. Overall, I’m happy with the decision and can’t wait to see the full outcome. Will update with more post-op pics! Updated on 7 Jul 2018: 1 week post op and the girls are starting to feel like my own! There’s still some swelling, but much of the soreness has gone away. Was able to go back to work with lift restrictions. Forgot to take a pic of my incisions, but happy to report there’s not much bruising. Seems to be healing well. Really pleased with my results so far! Updated on 15 Aug 2018: 6 weeks post-op! Scars are still healing. Just been putting scar cream and A&D ointment on them. Been doing breast massage 2-3 times a day. I can finally sleep on my side, which I’ve been dying to do these last weeks. Pretty happy with the results and size choice. Updated on 9 Sep 2018: Starting to see a real difference in drop and fluff! Absolutely love them! Updated on 11 Sep 2018: Deleted my before photos from a previous post, so here they are. Started out with an A/ very small B cup Updated on 7 Jan 2019: It’s been a little over 6 months since my surgery and I’m still absolutely loving them! I’ve gotten so many compliments on how well they’ve dropped and how much more natural they’re looking. While I do love them a lot, I will say that there a couple changes that I knew would happen, but I didn’t really fully understand until after experiencing it for myself. For one thing- bra shopping is a completely different game with bigger breasts and bras can be a bit of a struggle to finding the right ones ( I often heard this would happen, but turned the other cheek to these comments). Before I used to be looking for bras that would push-up my breasts. Now, I’m looking for bras that don’t make my boobs look overly big. I have to be really careful with padded bras since they can sometimes look ridiculous on me. I’ve found a lot of VS bras to do this and so I don’t shop there much anymore lol. The other thing is that I’m still trying to look for nipple covers that don’t show through clothing (or vice versa- thicker clothing to cover the nipple covers). I often go braless or turn to bralettes and light sports bras, which is still a bit mind-bending to me. Another thing I’ve discovered with the new breasts is that side-sleeping is not the same as it used to be. Of course I was aware this would happen, but its a bit different from what I expected. When side-sleeping literally have to pick them up and position them in a way that makes me comfortable. Otherwise, it feels like it’s too much pressure on the chest and definitely can’t sleep that way. Not too bad of an adjustment, but just different from before. Overall I’m still happy with them and don’t have any regret to getting them. The changes are pretty minimal and I just wanted to share my new discoveries for anyone thinking about getting a breast aug!
In general, it takes 6 to 12 weeks after liposuction to see the final result. Right after liposuction, you see an immediate reduction of fat but you will experience swelling/bruising over the next few days lasting 2 to 3 weeks. You may also experience firmness, nodules, minor contour irregularities over the next several weeks. I usually recommend compression garment for a minimal of 6 weeks, weekly massage therapy to the treated area for up to 3 months. Make sure you follow up with your treating surgeon on a regular basis to monitor your healing process.
The type of anesthesia used in liposuction depends on many factors. First you have physician preference, who may be more comfortable with one type of anesthesia over others. Then you have patient preference. I have seen patients who only wishes for local anesthesia and other patients who demand general anesthesia for the same procedures. Finally, the anticipated amount of fat removal, number of areas treated and patient general health conditions also affect the type of anesthesia choice. The best thing is to find a qualified plastic surgeon who can meet your request. Sincerely, Stewart Wang, MD FACSBoard Certified Plastic SurgeonMedical Director, Wang Plastic Surgery & Med Spa
Smartlipo is laser-assisted lipolysis which can induce modest amount of skin tightening in addition to the fat removal. The amount of skin tightening varies person to person. In general, I see about 15 to 20% improvement with skin tightening. On occasion, I see more skin tightening up to 25 to 30%. It’s best to have a qualified plastic surgeon assess your abdomen to determine the best treatment option. Liposuction involves removal of fat cells via a cannula and aspiration. It works on a layer that’s superficial to the core muscle. If properly performed it should not cause any damage to the core muscles. You should have no future issue with pregnancy after liposuction. Make sure you choose a board certified plastic surgeon to perform this procedure.Sincerely, Stewart Wang, MD FACSBoard Certified Plastic SurgeonMedical Director, Wang Plastic Surgery & Med Spa
Both Tumescent Liposuction and Smart Lipo (Laser assisted liposuction) can be effective way to contour and shape your body by removing excessive or bulging fat. Typically Smart Lipo is performed under local anesthesia and tend to have less pain, swelling or bruising post procedure. Tumescent Liposuction performed under general anesthesia is a bit faster and allow for greater amount of fat or greater number of areas treated under single session. The result is more dependent on the skill of the surgeon than the particular technique. We typically recommend our patients to undergo tumescent liposuction if they wish to have multiple areas treated all at once. We prefer to use Smart Lipo when there is only one or two areas that need to be treated or the amount of fat is limited. Once again, both techniques are well proven and very effective in the hands of skilled plastic surgeon. The most important thing is to have a detailed discussion with your surgeon and find out what his or her preferred techniques.Stewart Wang, MD FACSBoard Certified Plastic SurgeonMedical Director, Wang Plastic Surgery & Med Spa
