This was my first time getting lip filler. It was such a great experience. Dr. Miller was so gently and took his time making sure it looked perfect. His assistant was amazing as well being a second set of eyes. With the numbing cream you still feel a little something but not like I had heard that it's painful. It's not but some people tolerate different levels of pain. I did have a one little bruise that lasted about three days. I made it very clear I wanted to still have a Cupid's bow. I don't like the straight puffy upper lip look. The Cupid's bow is so feminine in my opinion. I will definitely be going back for more when this wears off. It was perfect not fish lips just a little extra pout.
I was a 36A cup before surgery with slightly tubular breast tissue. I picked 500cc and Dr. Miller ended up using Natrelle Inspira SRX silicone 470cc in the left breast and 495cc on the right breast because one was a little bigger than the other. I am really happy with the results, and am hoping they only look better and better as the weeks go by. My only concern is they seem a little far apart right now but I know I can't judge the way they look now, as they will change a lot over the next few months. But from where I was at before, I definitely feel so much more confident!
Dr. Miller and his staff are amazing. I have wanted wanted bigger boobs for so long. I also wanted to fix my boobs because one was much bigger then the other. Dr. Miller is very compassionate about his work and did a great job. Updated on 5 Mar 2020: Updated on 5 Mar 2020: Updated on 5 Mar 2020: Updated on 5 Oct 2020: I am 8 months post up from my breast augmentation with Dr. Miller and I am loving my new boobies.
I have wanted fake boobs for over 10 years. I went through a big weight loss and my boobs have suffered. I was recommended for a lift, however I did not want those scars. And eventually one day I would like kids. After kids down the road I will probably go with a lift. I went with 615 cc on the right and 650 cc on the left, high profile and over the muscle. I am one day post op today. They feel very tight, but for the most part not too much pain. Updated on 12 Apr 2019: Feeling better today. Still super tight. Have not showered yet and taking it easy. Sleeping is really uncomfortable. I forgot to add in my last post that I got silicone implants. I am 30 years old, no kids. 172 pounds and 5’5. Updated on 13 Apr 2019: I took a shower for the first time today. It was pretty difficult, but I got through it. My range of motion is getting better, but I am going crazy being stuck in this house and not able to do anything. You can only watch so much Netflix. My boobs are looking great. I stopped the pain meds and have been only taking the antibiotics and sometimes a muscle relaxer. Updated on 15 Apr 2019: I am 5 days post op. Every day is getting a little easier. The swelling is starting to do down. So far I am loving my new boobs. I get my first set of sutures out tomorrow and I ho back to work in a day. Updated on 16 Apr 2019: I am six days post op. My right breast is more swollen then my left. Nurse said because I am right handed and using it too much. I am Icing it right now. Got my first set of sutures out today. Driving is hard. I tried on one of my swim suits today and I’m so excited because I have side boob for once. Updated on 23 Apr 2019: I am loving my new boobs. They look natural and fit my frame perfectly. I was worried that they would be too big, but they are perfect. Got my second set of stitches out today. Left breast did not hurt, right breast stung pretty bad. Part of the stitch was stuck so I will be on the look out for it. Cannot wait to get back to the gym. 4 weeks to go. Updated on 30 Apr 2019: It will be 3 weeks tomorrow. I am feeling really good but really missing the gym. The scar is fading fast. I cannot wait until I can wear clothes without this surgical bra. Been massaging them everyday. 3 more weeks until 6 weeks and I am counting down the days. Updated on 2 May 2019: My breast have evened out and the scaring is minimal. I am loving how they are looking even though they don’t sit all high and perky. It makes them look very natural. I am happy to also have upper fullness as before my augmentation it was very deflated. Updated on 2 May 2019: Also, I wanted to add a comparison photo from before, 3 days after, and now 3 weeks post. For my record and also in hopes to help anyone else considering a breast augmentation without a lift. I know this website really helped me out, so I hope my posts will do the same for someone. Updated on 4 May 2019: I am loving my new boobs, especially from the side view. They make me look slimmer. :) I feel great. Only time I feel Uncomfortable is after laying down for awhile and getting up. Trying not to do a lot, but it is hard when you feel normal. Updated on 13 May 2019: I am 5 weeks post surgery. My nipples have been super duper sensitive this whole time. They are slowly becoming less sensitive, but I am still wearing pads in my bra to help with the sensitivity. I’m excited to get back to the gym. I’ve been doing light cardio on the stairs for about an hour a day, but I am beyond ready to start really working out again. My boobs look so natural. Updated on 10 Jun 2019: I am exactly 2 months post op. Having boobies is the best. And mine look so natural and feel so natural. No one even knows they are fake. Just in time for swimsuit season. :) I am back in the gym (thank goodness) and I’m feeling amazing!! So happy! Updated on 10 Oct 2019: Everything has been wonderful. I love my boobs. My right is still dropping, but at least I still have upper fullness that I love. My boobs look very natural and everyone think so. Next procedure will be a lift and possibly a little bigger! :) Updated on 10 Oct 2019: Here is a side by side comparison of the difference in my breast. Wow it is crazy to see. What a difference there is in the fullness and size. I am so happy with my results and more confident with mt breasts. Dr Miller is awesome! Updated on 30 Nov 2019: I am close to 8 months post surgery. Everything is wonderful. I am loving my new boobs so much. Halloween is so much fun with new boobies. They feel and look so natural. I couldn't be happier. However, a lift will be next on my list. Updated on 15 Apr 2020: Hi guys. Its a few days past a year of my breast augmentation. I am so happy with my results. I love my new boobs so much and they look so natural. Cannot wait to get a lift in the future and possibly go a little bigger. Updated on 16 Apr 2020: Hi guys. A video was requested of my boobs...yes they bounce and feel very natural. I have to wear two sports when I workout. Also added some side profiles. A lift will be down the road, but for now I am enjoying them. :) Updated on 29 Jun 2020: I am just so in love with my boobies. I swear that I get more confident with them everyday. Best decision ever! One day I will go for a lift and a little bigger, in the meantime I am loving and enjoying them. Especially during summer!
I had Breast Augmentation. I went to 2 different consultations and decided with Dr. Miller. I was nervous going there, but Dr. Miller made me feel very comfortable. My recovery time was quick and hardly any discomfort. I only took pain medicine that day after the surgery. I followed Dr. Miller’s instructions for before and after the surgery. I was very excited about the results. I definitely have gotten to show them off. Also have gotten a lot of compliments too. Dr. Miller is an excellent plastic surgeon, and is kind and compassionate. Dr. Miller and his staff are always available to answer any questions and continue to make you feel comfortable and special from beginning to end. Any questions I had I would call. The staff (Cheryl and Kelly) were always cheerful and friendly answering my questions. I have recommended a lot people and friends. I know they will be as happy as I am!! THANK YOU Dr. Miller!!
I had the Profound Laser done and the experience was wonderful from beginning to end and I am very happy with the results. As always Dr. Miller and his staff was helpful and friendly. I felt no discomfort during the procedure and the was very little down time after. I started to notice results the week after my treatment, notable improvement in my skin tone and texture on my face and neck and the results continue to improve. I would have never thought that a non-invasive procedure could produce such great results. I highly recommend Profound.
I had laser lips done on my back and my stomach this past Friday. I have very bad anxiety but Dr. Miller and his staff made sure I was ok through out the entire process. I got through it without Feeling any pain and with no anxiety. It's been only 2 days and I am already seeing the results. Dr. Miller is a perfectionist and he made sure to get all of my problem areas. My results so far have already surpassed my expectations. I can't wait to see how my body looks once I am completely healed.... Best staff and best Dr. In Vegas without a doubt! No waiting for an hour in the waiting room like I did at other consultations with other doctors , very honest Dr. and the staff is super friendly.
After a long debate to do a lift and augmentation or just a large augmentation, I went with just the augmentation. I haven'the seen themy unwrapped yet, but I love them already. I can'tell wait to see them tomorrow. Dr. Miller in Las Vegas was who I decided on. I am at 960ccs saline. He did an amazing job, very minimal pain. It isn't really pain, it is more of a small ache. I am so pleased so far!!!! Updated on 16 Sep 2016: Got the bandages removed, and they look amazing!!!!
Well first I went to 8 Consultations. So Dr. Miller was my 9 consultation. So at this point I almost thought this wasn't for me it took me 5 years to find the right doctor. OMG and I did Dr. Miller is the best Dr in Vegas he did an amazing job and very passionate about his clients. There is no words that I can explain. But Thank You... I am glad I found you . You change my looks for the better :)
I've been very lucky to cross by this site, it has helped me tremendously. So today, I've decided to post my recent experience in hopes to do the same for others. My first BA was July 2015, had 650cc silicone high profile from mentor over the muscles. I was originally a size 36c and that brought me to 36DDD. LOVED THEM!!! In August I had a car accident, and the seat belt messed up my left breast, so I had to go in for removal, replacement and repair. Since this needed to be done, I decided to also get a lift! Question was.... what size can I fit now? I love my DDD, but with lifts, your chest tends to accommodate a smaller implant than before. So I left my fate in the hands of my Dr. Stephen Miller. My surgery was today, not gonna lie, I woke up IN PAIN! Begging for more pain meds... 3 hours post surgery I was better, and have been since. Itself now 11pm! So my Dr found that the "ultra high profile" are smaller in dimension (2cm+) and bigger in projection, so not only he managed to keep my 650cc, but he gave me more projection!!!! I'm sure I'll love them!!!! Updated on 13 Feb 2016: It was a good night overall, kept waking up every hour or so, pain under control with meds. Saw my doctor this morning and being that I had surgery less than 24hs ago, I'm very happy so far. The lift of course comes with all those stitches that are not so pleasant, but over time they will get better! Updated on 16 Feb 2016: Slept a little less, the day of surgery, 1st and 2nd day post-op, I think I pretty much slept all day! I was able to get up more, go downstairs and have breakfast and lunch with my family and got back in bed, read a bit, watched TV, etc. Overall feeling much better, did not take any pain meds, and my breast seem to be looking better as well... still asking myself if they will be as big as before...!!!! Updated on 17 Feb 2016: I had a great day, no need for pain meds, maybe overdid it a bit during the morning so I just relaxed the rest of the day. 1 thing tho.... my incisions itch like CRAZY!!!! Don't know what to do anymore!!!!!!!! But I'm very happy so far with my results!!!! Updated on 19 Feb 2016: Yesterday I got some of the stitches removed!!! Dr Miller said everything looked perfect and told me not a millimeter bigger implant would fit me LOL... he knows me so well, he covered my "I want them bigger speech". I was not planning on changing my implants at all, this surgery was not in my mind at all until I noticed the deformity on my left breast due to my car accident, so of course if I was going to have to remove/repair/replace, I was going to take advantage of being in that OR! Anyways, for some reason since half the stitches are out, I feel like everything is going to open up, being out of the house for 3 hours was also exhausting. Good news is... I measured myself yesterday and I haven't lost my DDD (I know it's still early but it gives me some relief). He also said as my implants settle more (my skin on the lower pole is as stretched and hard as it can possibly be) my nipples will go up. I did already notice the difference between them, but I can't expect perfection, I'm still happy, love the outcome and am relieved this fuc**** accident did not take also my boobs away from me! Updated on 22 Feb 2016: I've been wanting to update regularly but unfortunately I got sick.... sneezing, coughing + stitches, is not a great combination. I was doing great until Saturday... oh well, I just wanted to upload a pic to not stop the progress... Updated on 26 Feb 2016: We all go crazy when it comes to "profiles", thought this might actually help... I happen to still have pics with HP from my 1st surgery... got to say, I'm loving them UHP!!!! Updated on 26 Feb 2016: Can't believe it's been 2 weeks!!! Feeling great, no much change, just hope my nipples get aligned since 1 is slightly lower, but so far loving them! Scars are healing beautifully, I think he did an amazing job!!!! Updated on 3 Mar 2016: I saw my Dr. today to remove the rest of the stitches... let me just say for the ones that did a lift... take something with you for pain cause that suit hurts like a [RS bleep]!!!!!!!!!! Terrible the burning pain... and because I can't just have something run smoothly, I noticed my wound opened when I got home! I just took a pain killer and got in bed... I'm done for today, just hope this heals and it does FAST!!!! Note to all "let the scabs fall on their own" I think my Dr. removed the one I had where the wound opened up...!
Below the muscle does give you more coverage over the implant. I think this creates a more perky breast with less rippling. However I do think when a breast is above the muscle and a person has enough tissue the breast tends to look more real (natural). I think above or below really depends on the current position of the breast if someone is droopy and does not want a lift then they need to go above. If breast are perky they can go above or below but probable preferable to go below to keep them from dropping to quickly.
I tend to prefer round implants. I am still concerned about implant rotation creating a poor result. However I do think it is reasonable if someone has very little breast tissue and wants a natural result. In this case you need to make a tight pocket to prevent rotation. Most of my patients are often looking for more upper pole fullness and tend to go with round high profile. The tear drop is flatter on top and that is often not my patients goals.
I tell patients no heavy lifting for about 6 weeks. The amount of pain depends on where the implant is placed above vs below the muscle. Below tends to hurt more. Also peoples pain thresholds are very different. Overall patient recovery with breast augmentation is relatively quick.
Tummy tuck surgery is more about removing excess skin. The tissue removed usually weighs 2-5 pounds but varies depending on patient size. I think what is more important is that once the hanging tissue is removed patients are much more likely to exercise and lose weight. I often see my patients back 6 months later and its not unusually to see them a lot skinnier.
I think all patients have a different pain threshold. Usually patients are have a difficult 1st night so I have them go to a recovery center. They are almost always ready to come home the next day. For about 5-7 days it is usually difficult to stand up straight. I allow patients to go back to regular activities after 6 weeks.
