6 weeks post op

WORTH IT
Decided to cross reference with some photos I took about a week before surgery. I’m avoiding weighing myself because I think the number will deter me. Generally feeling very good with how it’s going. My belly button looks like a frown face and because I didn’t have my upper abdomen done there’s a bit of unevenness. Whenever I have a MLD the next day I feel I look much better haha so just keeping massages as much as possible

Not much progress
Loving538849September 13, 2020
It’s been about 4 and a half weeks now since surgery. I’ve been back at the gym for 2 weeks and feel pretty much normal. Still wearing compression garment 24 hours. I haven’t had MLD for about 2 weeks because I haven’t been able to get booked in but I have a massage tomorrow which I think will help. I definitely feel swollen and feel that my left leg is bigger than my right... I also only got lower abdomen so there’s a weird line that I’m hoping will settle over time.

post op massages and compression are two major keys in seeing results over time. It's a process don't get discouraged. Make sure you wear your garment 24/7. I followed this and in 6 months I was ecstatic. The first few months will make you feel like your money was wasted but it wasn't.

I'm two weeks post your surgery date and feel the same. I still have some hardness, and a bit of sore areas. Lines and bumps. Im hoping my hips will shape up some more - saw immediate changes in the stomach but sides, hips seem the same. Sigh...just have to wait!

Hi. You look amazing! Great result. I'm trying to see the line you are referring to... are you using an abdominal board? Perhaps your garment is creating that line when you are seated. Be careful as that can become permanent from what I've researched. Did you go to smaller garment or stage 2 Faja as you healed!?

Recovery is going well
Loving538849August 30, 2020
Recovery is going very well, most of my bruising is gone. There’s still some swelling but I’ve had 2 MLD massages so far and that seems to be helping. I’ve started working out again which is nice. I feel like my lower abdomen is developing so fibrosis but I’m hoping that will go away as I recover and continue with ultrasound therapies.

Wow! You look amazing! Can you tell us what specific type of lipo you had? How far up on the back of thighs toward butt did dr go? I want to do my banana roll too but heard you shouldn’t lipo that area?? How about incision sites?

Hi, it was laser lipo. There’s 10 small incisions around Thighs/waist that I’m sure will fade over time. They did my banana roll and saddlebags predominately. Over all from inner, outer, front, back thighs, flanks and lower abdomen they did 6 litres. I’d read heaps about banana roll being a bad idea but I think mine was such a large deposit of fat rather than a skin fold that it was fine.
