After careful research of plastic surgeons within my region, I came across Dr. Bouzaglou. My initial concern was to remove the bump on the bridge of my nose. After the first proceduce, I was very pleased with the profile, side view. The bump was removed and my nose was slightly upturned, exactly what I wanted. However, when you looked at me from the front, straight on, you can notice how it curves to the left. The domes are not even, my right dome is higher than the left. The columella is not straight, curves to the left, and droops, almost giving me a bull-like nose. After a year I went back to her for revision rhinoplasty asking she straighten it out. She only charged me for the anesthesia, which I appreciated, but my nose is still not straight. She talked about scar tissue and healing being the cause of my nose shifting towards the left, but here we are, almost a year after the SECOND surgery and I still dread taking pictures. It looks like I have a crooked hexagon ball on the tip of my nose and it is very obvious that my nose is not straight. Dr. Bouzaglou was a nice doctor and made me feel comfortable but the results just were just not to my liking. She achieved removing the bump, but made my tip an issue when it wasn't before. I have debated going to a different doctor for a 3rd surgery but I'm trying to tell myself that these surgeons are not God and cannot perform miracles. The chances of a 3rd surgery going wrong are very likely, and I'm not sure I can handle going back under the knife, spending more money, only to find out it could be worse. If I could go back 2 years ago, I wish I would've done better research and not been so concerned with location and price. I would've flown across the country and spent twice as much for the FIRST surgery rather than be where I am now. Good luck to everyone else out there. Learn from our mistakes!!!!!!!
